Fraudulent parking fee and rude staff.
Pros:

Very convenient location close to the metro station. Industrial style studios/rooms. Spacious room

Cons:

They sell parking spaces without having them. If I'm not mistaken the hotel has about 200 studios/rooms but only 32 parking spaces so if you pay for a parking space you have 15% chance of finding a space, as they overbook almost 6 times more than their available spaces. Of course, they inform you about this in advance. While the hotel informed me through the booking.com app that the parking fee is 150DKK per 24h, when I arrived the recepionist asked me to pay 175DKK. I told her about the message and they charged me 150DKK per 24h but the next morning I found a fine in my car. The hotel did not provide an invoice or any other legal financial document regarding this transaction.

Pros:

Anche se 4 km dal centro, a 3 minuti a piedi ci sono due comode fermate metro , posizione comoda per andare in spiaggia e e fare due passi.
Albergo minimal ,con personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Appartamento ampio e ben strutturato, il bagno un po' piccolo senza Uan vera doccia, Uan tenda Davide angolo doccia e wc
