Big cheers to Patricia Thomerson! With her outstanding Customer service. I got into a pickle with booking the wrong hotel. Came straight to hers 3 mins down the street and she went above and beyond to give me the booking I deserve. What a life saver she was. Truly award winning customer service.

Front desk staff is rude and wrongly accuse guest
Pros:

Front desk staff is horrible. This woman is so focused on accusing guests of being rude. I got no cleaning for my room for 2 days. I called to ask for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I got hung up twice and third time I finally got her to answer and I opened by saying "I am not complaining at all. I didn't get cleaning for past 2 days but I am not complaining. I only want shampoo, conditioner and shower gel" She still said "But you are complaining and you didn't book cleaning." I said "I never was complaining. I only want shampoo..." And she hung up on me. I went downstairs to ask for the shampoo and she only had conditioner and soap and said housekeeping will bring the shampoo. They NEVER DID! I asked the front desk lady's name. She wouldn't give it. I took a photo of the front desk. She dialed for the police and I said go ahead. I did nothing wrong!
Don't book this hotel as long as this lady is employed. She is deliberately mean for no reason.

The location was good and room very clean

Cons:

Not that big of deal, but I could only come through the front door of hotel. Side door and back door key entry did not work.

My state there could not have been any better. Trish was the icing on the cake.

Cons:

There was blood and private area hair on the comforter. I don’t believe the comforter was washed between guest. We were brought new bedding, but the customer service just pretty much said “I’m sorry” and it was hair from their cleaning staff.
