Very noisy, air gaps in the doors. You could hear everything going on in the next room and the hallway. Elevator wasnot working. TV had to be worked on by maintenance

Great area. Good lobby albeit some strange locations. OK atmosphere. Room spacious. Clean shower. Free amenities such as coffee. Fair price. Accommodating front desk / receptionist. Incredibly helpful.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL EXIST!!
Pros:

Trisha is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to help my wife and I get accommodated after we had a booking issue.
Wow still lost for words from the kindness that was displayed because it’s just something you don’t see often anymore. This location will continue to get our business, and because of Trisha we will continue to support holiday inn express locations.
