Breakfast is good with ample Indian options.. staff is very good always ready to help especially Mr. Arun is the best perfect for front office management. .. he is an enthusiastic person.

Bad experience – unprepared room, uncomfortable bed, and bad service. 😓
Cons:

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was not ready at check-in, and also we had booked a deluxe room, but instead of a proper bed, they had pushed together two single mattresses, and we had to ask four times before finally getting a heater. Very poor service and absolutely not worth the money.

Adequate comfortable facilities for a room-only stay for work purposes, however would not select for a holiday visit.
Pros:

Room was fairly large and the bed was large and comfortable

Cons:

The rooms were not heated and the staff placed one small portable heater that was not quite sufficient. Water did not heat up much, and the room’s carpeting was stained and musty. The buffet breakfast was also very basic with few options.
