Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Queensbury Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit. The facilities were excellent, and everything was well maintained.

We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The included Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

Thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Nuwara Eliya.

Great employees
Pros:

Employees are so friendly specially Shakira helped us a lot and even helped us move our check out time by 2 hours..And there was a old guy with glasses serving food he is so helpful as well he helped us find things to do in nuwaraeliya..loved the stay
