Tutto fantastico, spiaggia pazzesca, staff super gentile e disponibile. Animatori super professionali e gentili in particolare Shery, dolce e festaiola. I ragazzi in reception pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problematica. Niente di negativo! Super consigliato!

A szállodában nagyon tetszett a személyzet kedvessége. A bejelentkezésnél volt egy kis félreértés,de azonnal megoldódott.
Különösen kiemelném a strandért felelős férfi munkájá, sajnos a nevére már nem emlékszem.t. Szépen rendben tartotta a partot,minden napra tudta,hogy melyik napozóágyakat használtuk és már vitte is oda a törölközőinket. A szoba takarítás is kiemelkedő volt némi borravalóért. 🙂
Tetszett a szobaból a kilátás és a pincérek is nagyon kedvesek voltak.
Az ételek finomak és változatosak voltak. Minden nap volt friss gyümölcs is Sosem maradtunk éhen.
Kirándulásoknál,ha előre jeleztük,mindig kaptunk csomagolt ennivalót.
Az animációs programok is megfelelőek voltak.

Cons:

A szállodában nekem csalódást okozott a tengerpart. Nem fürdőzésre alkalmas. Úszni nem is tudtunk. Ennek ellenére azt gondolom, hogy a látvány minden pénzt megér. Illetve sajnos azon az oldalon volt a szobánk,ahova nem sütött oda a nap.
A szálloda messze van a belvásostól, mi nem is mentünk el gyalog sehová.
Illetve, sajnos sehol nem találtuk a billiárdot, pedig a felszereltségben fel van sorolva.
Kifejezetten zavaró volt a spa élményeket reklámozó dolgozó,aki a strandon pihenő embereket zavarta a nyomukós szövegével.Tolakodó volt.Kicsit kevésbé,de ugyan olyan zavaró volt a fakultatív programok szervezésével foglalkozó férfi is.

Персонал приветливый и помогают решить вопросы) особенно отмечу парня на ресепшене (Mostafa) позитивный парень во многом поможет) фото его прикладываю)

Cons:

Wifi был бесплатный только в холе у ресепшен, в номерах платный, до зоны купания далеко идти, но в наше время пребывание видимо был отлив моря. Отель подойдет для тех кто ездит на экскурсии или просто гулять по городу, бассейн был без подогрева!!!

Et flott, klassisk, upretensiøst lavterskel hotell hvor man slapp forholde seg til snobbete turister med høy sigarføring
Pros:

Fleksibilitet. De stod klare når vi kom midt på natten drøye 2 døgn forsinket pga krigen i Midtøsten.

Særdeles hyggelig personale!

Cons:

Litt mye musikk til tider ved bassengområdet.

Location and all inclusive feature (meal and drinks)

Cons:

The hotel needs new staff. The current lot is rude, impolite and doesn’t know anything about hospitality. Only the bartender and the doorman have some basic manners. The spread could use some variety, same menu is repeated daily and the bread served at night seems to be leftover from the morning.

Not worth it
Cons:

Hotel is old and needs renovation, food is very simple and repetitive. Managment tries to cheat you by providing smaller room that the one you paid for and reject to refund

Hotel très sympa
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à cet hotel. L'hotel est très propre et assez calme, et la localisation dans Hurghada est très pratique pour faire des excursions. La petite plage est agréable et les personnes qui y travaillent sont très gentilles. On a adoré pouvoir prendre notre petit déjeuner au soleil dans la pelouse. Nous y avons des vacances très agréables.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities are simple and clean. The food was a good amount of choices. The entertainment staff was very cute and likable! It’s an smaller and older hotel but for the price nothing to complain about.

Cons:

The owner of one of the shops was a bit annoying. The beach itself is nice and clean, it takes a while to get over the shallow.

Pobyt znośny, ale drugi raz nie przyjechałabym.
Pros:

Podobała mi się zieleń, streching i to,że dwa pokoje były obok siebie. Śniadanie było ok, codziennie takie samo, ale można było coś znaleźć. Ładny widok z pokoju na morze.

Cons:

Niezbyt smaczne obiady i kolacje, bardzo jednorodne. Personel różny, od bardzo miłych do wręcz aroganckich. Długo trzeba było czekać i upominać się kilka razy o jakąś drobną sprawę. Przez 8 dni nikt nam nie zmieniał pościeli, ręczniki może 2 razy. Brak jakiejkolwiek infrastruktury dla dzieci, hotel dla emerytów. Nie ma miejsca do spacerowania, albo idziesz ulicą albo plażą 50 metrów.
