Pros:

在新竹市熱鬧地點的飯店，飯店位置方便，價格便宜，環境跟設施就是比較老舊簡單一點

能體會飯店經營不易，這次的住宿經驗也實在不理想。房間較舊，光線昏暗，燈泡壞了也沒換。冷氣設備一開啟，毛絮亂飛至床單上！地板有頭髮、前一位住客的水、毛巾未收。浴室浴簾泛黃發霉…致電客服人員，也未有改善措施。

一個不太滿意的住宿經驗。
Pros:

住宿前有詢問過是否有停車場，飯店告知有的，但實際是要投宿者將車停在一停車空間的出入口上，若造成車損誰負責？請開車前往者三思。
無奈之下只好將車子停在公有停車場，再開有飯店統編的發票索取$100的折抵費，其餘費用旅客自行吸收。
其為中古飯店，環境普通，水壓不足。
告知預送早餐的時間延遲，還需旅客主動提醒才準備，前台接待人員可再加強訓練。

spacious room but recommend for repair
Pros:

The room we stay looks not used for quite some time and and can feel a bit dusty.

The bathroom although looks clean but already shows deterioration due to old aged. The outlet is damaged and even the shower heads looks temporarily placed. Strongly recommed for full repair and fixing of damage and worn-out fixtures.

The door lock also looks damage, worn-out and needs repair and replacement.

Breakfast although free is not tasty ending up eating outside on the next day.

Although room is spacious but strongly recommend for full repair, redecorate or refurnish to make it look a more better and safe city centre business hotel.
