The apartment facilities need an update, shower hardly running, bathroom and kitchen dented and bath needs to be updated

Pros:

The staff was always friendly and helpful! We can with an infant and could check in earlier. The pool is nice, the rooms were clean. The cleaning ladies were amazing.

Cons:

You can hear the Alton Road street from the skyline rooms.

Personal foarte amabil, ne au lasat sa tinem bagajele dupa check out si sa ramanem la piscina in ziua respectiva. Locatia foarte buna, la 5 minute pe jos de un supermarket si la 20 de minute de Ocean Drive si Miami Beach. La check in, ni s a perceput un depozit de 200 de dolari, ulterior fiind returnat la cateva zile
Recomand cu drag.

Cons:

Mobilierul usor uzat, dar nu a fost o problema care se ne afecteze.

Most romantic quiet oasis in the middle of South Beach
Pros:

The best most romantic babymoon vacation for my husband and I - quiet area of Miamia Beach but still close to all the main attractions in Ocean Drive and Collins, close to whole foods, and cute morning coffee shops. It was our home away from home! We didnt want to leave and are already booking to come back!!

Overall, a great location and well-equipped apartment, but housekeeping and communication could definitely be improved.
Pros:

I loved the size of the apartment — it was spacious and very comfortable. It truly had everything I needed for a longer stay: washer/dryer, dishwasher, small fridge, iron and ironing board, etc. That made a big difference. The location was also excellent and very convenient. I also really appreciated that they allowed me to check in about 2.5–3 hours earlier than the expected check-in time since the room was ready, that was very helpful.

Cons:

The housekeeping was disappointing. They don’t actually clean the room — they mostly just make the bed and change towels. I’m very particular about cleanliness, and I could tell the bathroom, counters, the shower, and table were not properly cleaned. That really bothered me. Also, one night the water was shut off unexpectedly. When I called the front desk, I was told a technician had turned it off but there was no clear timeline for when it would be back on. I also found the checkout experience disappointing — the staff member did not offer to help open the door while I was carrying two suitcases, which felt a bit rude. Basic customer service in my opinion.

Beliggenhed var fin. Personalet var meget hjælpsom.
Perfekt at vi måtte være ved poolen på tagterrassen efter vi var tjekket ud.
Og gratis opbevaring af vores kufferter

Cons:

Manglede el koge kande , brød rister , viske stykker, karklud. I sær når der er køkken . Blev kun gjort rent en dag af de 3 overnatninger. Vi manglede også håndklæder.
Lejligheden kunne godt trænge til at blive friske op . Løse kontakter . Dør bandt til toilettet. Jeg vil give hotellet 3 🌟 🌟🌟
