L'emplacement, la tranquillité, le personnel, la possibilité de garder la chambre toute la journée au tarif spécial day use.

Cons:

L'absence de plaques de cuisson, la propreté des moquettes dans les couloirs (6eme étage), la lumière sur le balcon impossible à éteindre

Gutes P/L-Verhältnis für South Beach!
Pros:

Poolarea ist nett auf dem Dach - Küchenausstattung einfach aber ausreichend - Lage ist gut. Für South Beach ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wohnung deutlich kleiner als auf den Fotos zu vermuten!

Struttura carina ma pulizia pessima
Pros:

La struttura è carina e le camere sono spaziose

Cons:

Pulizia inesistente. In 3 giorni non hanno mai pulito, nonostante in bagno ci fossero capelli etc. Gli asciugamani erano sporchi e ce li siamo fatti cambiare più volte

Nice relaxed location close to South Beach nightlife and pretty good value for money
Pros:

Apartment was clean and light. Good location close enough to Ocean Drive and the nightlife but not too close and the area was quiet and relaxed. Staff were super friendly

Cons:

Washer / Dryer was broken which was a major disappointment as we had been travelling for several days and wanted to do laundry. The Hotel could not get it fixed but they did offer a laundry service to us (for free) which was great but we had wanted to do this ourselves. A new room was offered to us but only on our 3rd day and that would have meant relocating all of our stuff, so it would have been nice if that was offered straight away

Bardzo dobry hotel
Pros:

Duży pokój, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, duża lodówka.
Pralkosuszarka. Codzienne sprzątanie, uzupełniana woda do picia.
Obecność basenu.
Cichy, dobrze wygłuszony pokój.
Dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Za głośna muzyka na basenie.
Niezbyt wygodne łóżko, trochę twarde.
Mieliśmy przekonanie, że balkon jest większy, przynajmniej tak to wygląda na zdjęciach hotelowych, niestety nie bardzo jest możliwość, by spędzać na nim czas.

Quiet & super comfortable apartment.
Pros:

We asked for the same apartment we stayed in April,if available, and we were so happy that it was waiting for us! The pool was perfect. It is a really quiet building and neighborhood. Special mention for the housekeeping staff, so kind and professional, and the front desk personnel. Thank you Rob and the team.!

Ice machine was broken duuring our whole stay.
