Kids Definition.Defined as 12 and under. 12 years and 364 days is 12 and under. 13 years and 1 day is an adult.
Kids Stay Free. Kids stay free in existing bedding. There is no charge for any child 12 and under using existing bedding and linen. if anyone needs extra bedding ie a rollaway, we charge for it. It doesnt matter if they are 12 or 50 years old, extra bedding is charged, the policy is 12 and under using existing bedding is free.

Kids eat free. Kids eat free with a paying adult. One adult means one child eats free. Any other child is charged at the child menu rate or if no childrens menu then a la carte rate. Children who eat free must order off a childs menu (so you need a childs menu to have this in place. Buffet breakfast kids eat off the buffet same as adults).
Pet Policy. $150 per stay, maximum weight of pets is 20 kilograms. Its standardized to $150 a pet per stay. Maximum 2 pets per stay, charge is $150 a pet. Standardized across our hotels because thats a brand.
$100 room cleaning deposit per stay. All cash/credit card stays are charged on arrival preauthorisation for their accommodations plus $100 per stay cleaning/mini-bar fee. The $100 is refunded at the end of the stay if not required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Super Spacious
Pros:

Very spacious one-bedroom apartment, light and airy with floor to ceiling windows and great views, more like a residence than a hotel room. We were able to cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, there was a huge TV in the lounge and another in the bedroom. Appreciated the convenience of access to the bathroom from both the living space and the bedroom through the walk-in wardrobe. Yep, there's one of those, making it a kind of ensuite and providing plenty of storage. The only slightly small area was the outdoor balcony, but there was still enough room for a table and two chairs to enjoy morning coffees and evening sundowners. Location is handy to the CBD, Vic Park restaurants, Wyndham Quarter and transport links. Rental cars (Avis, Apex, Hertz) all operate from the same building).

Still waiting for our $200 security bond/deposit to be refunded.

Great accomodation - rubbish breakfast.
Pros:

Great location - huge room.

Cons:

Breakfast was complete rubbish. Stale pastry, orange cordial, and a couple of old oranges. Cheese wrapped in single slices - like from the packet does not constitute a major food group. The meat (salami) I think, looked like it was dripping in all things not safe to eat.

Very spacious and modern! Great location.

Cons:

Room needs a fresh paint. A lot of scuffs, marks and paint missing. Cleaning services could be improved. There were grains of rice left on side tables from previous visitors. Reception staff need to be more patient when visitors are signing in. We felt rushed to sign paper work.

Helpful and friendly staff and great view.
Pros:

Very little choices but pastry is tasty. Coffee was excellent.

Cons:

Limited parking space in the hotel building and the other one is on a different block. Not very convenient when travel with elder family member or in rainy weather.
Carpet and flooring and fabric couch are a bit old and due for renew.
