Kids Definition.Defined as 12 and under. 12 years and 364 days is 12 and under. 13 years and 1 day is an adult.
Kids Stay Free. Kids stay free in existing bedding. There is no charge for any child 12 and under using existing bedding and linen. if anyone needs extra bedding ie a rollaway, we charge for it. It doesnt matter if they are 12 or 50 years old, extra bedding is charged, the policy is 12 and under using existing bedding is free.

Kids eat free. Kids eat free with a paying adult. One adult means one child eats free. Any other child is charged at the child menu rate or if no childrens menu then a la carte rate. Children who eat free must order off a childs menu (so you need a childs menu to have this in place. Buffet breakfast kids eat off the buffet same as adults).
Pet Policy. $150 per stay, maximum weight of pets is 20 kilograms. Its standardized to $150 a pet per stay. Maximum 2 pets per stay, charge is $150 a pet. Standardized across our hotels because thats a brand.
$100 room cleaning deposit per stay. All cash/credit card stays are charged on arrival preauthorisation for their accommodations plus $100 per stay cleaning/mini-bar fee. The $100 is refunded at the end of the stay if not required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Great location great room size abs had everything we needed. Could easily share my mobile too the TV to watch the Warriors. Great little cafe downstairs also a convenience store next door of needing anything else.

Usually love staying here - but seriously disappointed at our experience. Also the rooms are starting to look very tired

A great place to stay in Auckland
Pros:

A wonderful property with views of Auckland and the park. Really close to the harbour and CBD. Nicely appointed apartment with good facilities. Comfortable beds and pillows and great seating area full of light

Perfect for large groups, space and location. Would highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

The rooms were perfect for our large group; the hotel was so accommodating and put us all on the same floor! They were all large and spacious, plenty of beds.

Cons:

All the rooms were great, just a shame there was no aircon in the reception, made waiting to check in very uncomfortable the summer heat!
