Great place
Pros:

Very smooth and quick check-in/check-out. There is a tram station very close by, along with 2 stores for quick shopping, and getting to the airport is quite easy. Communication with the staff was easy, the host also helped us with a small favor, which was a very nice touch. The room was beautiful, very quiet, and we are happy with our choice.

Cons:

The place was clean, but some minor renovations (like carpets and walls) wouldn't hurt. We didn't get fresh towels, but that might have been our fault since we took the key with us for the day (and we didn't ask). However we found new toiletries left at our door at one point and that's ok.

Cons:

we had problems with open the door and we wait an hour for a person to come to help us. Also , the door also cant be closed properly from inside , so we sleep with door opened.

Comfortable stay in Krakow
Pros:

Clean comfortable room with easy self service check in. Hotel is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the old town via public transportation.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, classica stanza di hotel… L’unico problema è un po’ la gestione delle chiavi perché

Все хорошо, чисто, уютно, цена адекватная

Cons:

В душе нет зеркала, сломанный полотенцедержатель, нет салфеток, на кухне нет полотенца. Мелочи жизни о которых можно подумать ))) в целом отличный отель
