Short and nice stay
Pros:

It was a good breakfast with options for everybody.
We even got eggs made to order.

Cons:

A mouse running in our room and the droppings in the room and bathroom.

Clean rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

The breakfast was much improved since my last stay in August 2025. We were not aware eggs (sunny side, omelette, scrambled) were complimentary and available on request.

Affordable stays, unforgettable experiences.
Pros:

Easy check in. Clean hotel. Soothing ambience. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Strategic location & only 4 minuter walk to Batam Harbour Ferry terminal.

Cons:

Like the premise, staff hospitality, spacious clean room, balcony to enjoy the view, hotel location & a lot of convenience stores to hangout for cup of coffee.
