Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Columbus Scioto Downs

I have stayed here a few times. The hotel rooms are top notch, and having the casino on property is a plus. Great place to stay!

This hotel is super! The on-site security is a great asset and one of the main reasons we transferred to this hotel in the first place. I also appreciate the access to dining and many food options on site. The atmosphere is always welcoming and clean. Breakfast is very good and typically served a smidge before time, which is very helpful when we leave early in the morning. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and always well kept. I appreciate that the shower is separate from the vanity and the vanity has a door that closes from the rest of the room.

Tim was a great help when I needed assistance extending a stay and getting amenities early in the morning. I appreciate that Tim went out of his way to make our stay easier; he was extra helpful!

We were unable to check in for over 6 hours due to a system outage. When I asked if the bill would reflect this, I was told that it was a national problem and they couldn’t do anything about it. Poor customer service! At least 1/4 should have been removed from the fee.

We appreciated the kindness of Angela who checked us in the hotel. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. It was quiet and our room was available when told it would be.

Great value for the rooms that you get. Atmosphere is great, and I love that it is attached to the casino. In my experience, the noise is at a minimum, and I've had very little issues with cleanliness. They have a pool, gym, and laundry; as well as snacks and beverages (additional cost) if you need them. The complimentary breakfast is always great, and the service has been exceptional with every stay.

Angela H at the front desk always goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. She is one of the best. This is the main reason I'm a repeated return customer.

Everything was conveniently close. My room was clean & close to the elevator. Staff were very polite & helpful. There were new slot machines added to the casino, we much was a plus.

The location is great. Connected to the Casino. Every where was very clean (lobby, breakfast area, rooms, halls). I always try to stay on the 4th floor so I haven’t experienced any noise. Angela at the desk is very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is calming.

We were there to celebrate our 42nd anniversary, and every member of your team was welcoming, attentive & dedicated to making our stay enjoyable.
At arrival, we were greeted at the front desk by Angela. We arrived prior to normal check-in time and Angela allowed us to check-in early. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and we had a great view of the racetrack.
Angela's professionalism and kindness truly stood out. It's employees like Angela that make the Hampton Inn & Suites such a great place to stay.
We could not have asked for a better stay and look forward to visiting with you again in the near future.
