There wasn't any LOTION or Conditioner. Those two Bottles were Empty. Housekeeping needs to make sure these are Filled for Guests to use.

Christmas and New Year vacation
Pros:

We stayed at the Hampton Scioto Downs for 5 days. The room was very nice and clean. The people working there were very kind. My husband went down for breakfast every day and was very satisfied. Thank you for your kindness. We hope to be back in Columbus next month and will probably stay at this hotel again.

Clean updated hotel with easy casino access
Pros:

We enjoy stopping at Hampton Inn Scioto Downs when we travel through the area, which is usually a few times per year. The rooms and common areas are kept clean. The staff is friendly and the free breakfast typically has a decent selection of items. We also enjoy going to the casino which is attached to the hotel because that gives us access to a few restaurant/bar choices as well as some entertainment during our stay.
