Please note only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years of age when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.
If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

The location is excellent, and the hotel itself has a modern look, especially with its sky bar. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The view from my room was amazing.
The pool was very nice and had an infinity pool feel. The staff were lovely and very polite everywhere I went.
Communication before arrival was difficult. I had to try several times to get ahold of someone.
The room has a few areas that need improvement before it can be considered a 5-star hotel. There was no coffee maker or glasses available. Water was only provided upon arrival and was not restocked during my stay.
The shower made a loud noise when using hot water. When I wanted ice, there was no place for guests to get it themselves, and when I asked for options, I was told it could be brought to my room for a fee.
The TV is not a smart TV. They promote selling bath towels, yet there was no bath towel available for use during my stay, which makes no sense.
Mooi hotel waar ik al eerder was geweest, maar nu omdat klm moest landen ivm GPS probleem. Mooie ruime kamer met uitzicht op de zee.
De prijs was mega hoog, waarschijnlijk ivm pasen en last minute, omdat ik kamer zelf moest zoeken omdat klm geen hotels bleek te hebben..

La piscina tiene una vista muy bonita, los niños disfrutan mucho el jacuzzi. Cuando hay musica el ambiente es mucho mas agradable. El personal de la piscina muy atento. Los snacks y bebidas son ricos.

Staff could be more helpful and at times very slow service.
Rooftop bar could be great… but it’s meh. Music is too loud. No terrace towards the sea. That’s a pity.
