Please note only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years of age when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.
If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

En lo personal la presencia inmovil del personal. Supongo que es por los extranjeros que llegan, pero a modo personal no sentí esa calidez típica de los colombianos.

La habitación era muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda y la piscina increíble. El desayuno contaba con muchísima variedad.

El proceso de pago y la factura fue terrible, no me ayudaron a gestionar la factura de la empresa, nunca contestan el telefono y tuve que hacer el pago directamente en el hotel con mi tarjeta personal y luego hacer la gestión dentro de mi empresa. Terrible!

La ubicación la vista desde la habitación
El ambientador muy fuerte y su aroma a sanpic, el desayuno falta calidad en quesos y jamones , y el restaurante no es buena la comida.

Un muy buen hotel, buena comida, buenas instalaciones... Y el personal muy amable y serviciales. Encantados con la estancia.
El único pero que podría poner es que el baño de la habitación es pequeño y un poco deteriorado.
