Please note only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years of age when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.
If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. El hotel es espectacular , la ubicación, la vista desde la habitación, la piscina y en general todo muy agradable. Delicioso el sushi del maki bar.
Al ir entre semana y temporada baja , el desayuno no estaba tan fresco como cuando vas un finde o temporada alta. Es el unico punto a supervisar.
Súper el buffet de desayuno muy variado y lo mejor fue que el Sr Albert nose olvidó de llevarnos las arepas huevos 😊😊😊👍

Llamé varias veces por que mi aire no servía , vino alguien de mantenimiento a las 1 de la mañana ya que mi hijo de diez año estaba durmiendo sudado mi esposa molesta y el señor vino digo que estaba bloqueado que en un rato servía y dormimos con calor !! Al día siguiente quedaron en cambiarnos de habitación y nunca pasó . Nos quitaron las tualla y estuvimos sin tualla por tiempo que vergeuneza dormir en un hotel con los aires dañados
