Important information:

Please note only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years of age when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.

If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).

No me gustó el hecho que las camareras molestan todo el tiempo aun cuando en la puerta dice No molestar
Tampoco nos gusto que pedimos un café 8 am y llegó 9:30 am . Los desayunos muy repetitivos y la estación de huevo que estaba anteriormente la quitaron

Sehr gutes Hotel direkt am Strand und nicht weit vom Zentrum. War alles super: Personal, Essen, Einrichtung etc.

Cons:

Gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Excelente. Desayuno, ubicación, instalaciones, piscina. Volvería sin duda.
Pros:

Excelente desayuno, super variado. La habitación y las instalaciones espectaculares. La ubicación es un hit, a 5 minutos de la Ciudad Amurallada, con playa en frente y con el centro comercial Bocagrande justo al lado.
