Important information:

Please note only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years of age when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.

If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Ok value for money, was better a couple of years ago.
Pros:

The view from the room is nice, the long pool with a view is nice too. The hotel is outside of the party/city center, which is great if you want to have a place to rest.

Cons:

I feel that the breakfast became worse in the last years, there is not a lot of healthy options, and I would expect their arepas to be awesome, but they were dry and bland. Also, in the last years we were getting an upgrade for special occasions (especially during lower season), but this time they didn't even try to. Overall value for the money is ok.

He estado en hoteles de 3* mucho mejor que este.

Hotel de 5* sin ningun tipo de cuidado, no se que criterio habrán tenido para otorgarle este reconocimiento. Hotel bastante incómodo, se encuentra en la planta 15 de un edificio de convenciones. Para entrar o salir tienes que recorrer los pasillos de una lado a otro. El trato del personal es horrible, muy cutres en todo, la música en la piscina suena fatal, parece que estás en las fiestas del pueblo. Sinceramente no lo recomiendo, porque no lo vale, que no os engañen las fotos, nada que ver con la realidad.

Muy buen hotel, pero se le están empezando a ver los años
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación y fácil acceso.

Cons:

El cuarto no estaba completamente limpio, la mesa auxiliar tenía marcas de agua, en la ducha había pelos en el sifón y también un pedazo de hilo dental en el piso.
