It was a decent day, but because of the hot water in the elevator thing, I don’t know if I would ever return to that loc
Pros:

It was cleaning the people are nice. My eggs were hot every morning. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The shower and bathroom does not have hot water. I have to have hot water to take a shower. They have some type of a heating unit on the showerhead that makes the water not super cold, but it’s not hot. It’s not really warm. This is a turn off that’s the reason why I canceled the rest of my reservations. Also, the elevator starts on the second floor so for people that are handicap. I have some issues that’s a problem.

Ubicación y precio Terrible/confort y personal excelente,
Pros:

La amabilidad y la manera ágil de solucionar los inconvenientes. las personas del Hotel 20 de 10 en el servicio y atencion, todos ellos muy serviciales.

Cons:

La ubicación del hotel es terrible, la zona llena de malandros, recicladores, atracadores, sector demasiado inseguro en la noche y la relación de precio/calidad no es la adecuada.

Pros:

La atención de los recepcionistas. Diana y Jorge estuvieron muy pendientes de nuestra reserva y de brindarnos una excelente atención en el hotel. Me gustaron los desayunos y la oportunidad de tener parqueadero incluído.

Buen hotel para relación costo / beneficio
Pros:

La atención de Diana fue maravillosa, muy atenta y dispuesta a servir. La comida del restaurante es muy rica. La habitación fue acordé a lo solicitado. Realmente me voy a gusto con el servicio que me prestaron. Es una gran ventaja contar con parqueadero y restaurante en un mismo lugar.

チェックインのときにエクスペディアの部屋の予約がホテルに伝わっていませんでした。毎日部屋のベッドメーキングと掃除をしてもらえました。ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーに接してくれ、で親切でした。
