要盡快改善，最好能重新裝潢
Pros:

剛到達發現飯店是位於一幢很舊的大廈時，已經開始有心理準備，飯店可能沒有想像中那麼好。到達後，職員告知自助登記入住機壞掉了，所以他連忙幫我辦理手續。態度友善有禮，效率蠻不錯。
但進到房間以後，發覺煙味破重，而且洗手間的污垢黑黑的藏了很久，覺得噁心。我連忙把自己帶來的殺蟲劑噴了整個房間，把一次性床單鋪在他們有污漬的床單上。我也用自己的一次性毛巾，沒有用到他們有着舊污漬的毛巾。所以第一晚睡得不錯。
但不知道第二天發生什麼事，回到房間以後便覺得有東西不斷咬我，皮膚紅腫了一大片。而我的殺蟲劑卻已經用完，所以只能硬着頭皮入睡，但痕癢的感覺久久不退，而且旁邊房間的人晨早六時已經在大吵大鬧。我受不了，連忙在網上尋找另外一間仍可預訂的飯店，連忙搬走了，連原本住在第三晚的房租也沒有跟他們要回。
總結，除非你真的找不到房間居住，否則要等到他們重新裝潢以後，才可考慮這間飯店。

Pros:

チェックインの際に部屋の準備が出来ておらず待たされた。また、その際にインターホン越しの対応なので、なかなか言葉が通じない状況。
チェックインの機械も日本語対応していたものの説明書きがないので手間取った。
ただ、通りかかった女性のスタッフが丁寧に対応して頂きその後はスムーズにチェックイン出
来ました。それ以外はテレビの故障などありましたが普通に過ごせました。

ホテルの選択を誤りました
満足できたのはベッドのシーツが清潔だったことと部屋の空調くらい　無人でインターホン越しで、おそらく会話が通じないまま開けてもらえた感じ　中に日本語対応チェックイン機があって、パスポート読み取りしカードキーが発行された
部屋は狭小、テレビが映らない、スリッパなし、内側からドアが開けにくい（閉じ込められたかと思った）、共用バスルームは不安だったので使用しませんでした
無人なので荷物を預けられず翌日は重い荷物を一日持って歩くことに…二度と利用しません

窓がない部屋にしたが、部屋が汚い。
ベット側だけは綺麗にされていたが、他の壁紙は剥がれ、汚れたまま。

天井にある換気とエアコンをつけるとゴーっとすごい音がする。眠れないのでエアコンを消すが、換気は切れない上に、キュルキュル音が止まない。
しかも、壊れた形跡があり、落ちないように透明なテープで貼り付けてあった。

初日の17時にホテルに戻ったら、まだ清掃がされていなかった。初日から床に落ちていたゴミはそのまま落ちていたし、洗面台に死んでいた蟻は最終日までいた。
2度と泊まらない。

とにかく安いので個室で最安値をなら問題ないと思います。シャワー共同でしたが重なる事はありませんでした。繁華街の林森北路の中にあるので立地はとにかく便利です。フロントの方も親切に対応してくれました。

사진으로 보고 간 곳이랑 너무 달라서 좀 실망했습니다.
나름 3성에 10만원이상 숙소인데 창문도없고 방도 엄청 작고
환기도 힘들게 냄새도 나고 참 최악이었어요...

員工很有禮貌同和善。只是地上的塵比較多，可以多注意一點就更好。如果能早點通知我是入住二館的話，那我就不用拿住行李箱行10幾分鐘的路程。
另外樓上有裝修工程，一早就會傳來裝修的聲音，希望酒店下次能提早發電郵通知，好讓客人重新考慮或有心理準備
