旅館位在凹仔底公園的後方，搭捷運很方便，也可以去公園散步。房間很大，還有陽台。插座數量很多，床頭也可以充電。

Cons:

浴室沒有門，一看就是壞掉沒有修理，只用了一個浴簾掛著，掛浴簾的門框還是斷掉的，浴室止滑也做的很差，床鋪上下床一直發出巨大聲響，整個晚上不能睡，整體設備老舊，污漬一大堆。
