Pros:

Staff was ok but they rarely do anything to accommodate you , area is totally isolated and only one restaurant you can order from . No transportation at all . No one to help you carry your luggage or any of that nature

Experience just OK (bad quality-price ratio)
Pros:

The room was big, comfortable, with a nice view on the pool and the stadium.
The staff at the reception was helpful. They solved our Wifi issue and got us a Uber ride.

Cons:

To begin with, the place is really difficult to reach.
The access is situated along the Egyptian Air Stadium facility with only a little panel for indication.
Even the local drivers got lost several times after exiting the highway.
Given the location (Borg El Arab), it can be difficult to find Uber drivers.

The breakfast was disappointing and the coffee particularly bad. It might be because of the low season but, during the day, the hotel was kind of sleeping. There doesn't seem to be even a food offer. We directly order a coffee at the reception.

It seems to be common in Egypt but some people from the staff hardly speak English. It's unacceptable for a supposed 4 stars resort.

For all these reasons, the hotel doesn't deserve a 4 stars rate from my point of view and the price-quality ratio is bad (85 $ a night).
