Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful prior and during my stay. The place itself seems like a wanna-be fancy hotel in the main areas but the rooms tell a different story... Felt a bit like a motel.
You need to make and strip your own bed and towels are not supplied with the bed, you can request to rent one at what I felt was overpriced.
