Overall, it’s a central and convenient location, but the broken sink and bad sound proof can be improved

The bathroom sink is broken and the soundproof is rather bad… I think my next door neighbour was talking loudly on the day I was about to check out. If I wasn’t watching TV I could probably note down what he said
