Pros:

Wunderschönes, persönlich geführtes Boutique Hotel mit geschmackvoller Ausstattung. Außergewöhnlich gute Küche mit einem Küchenchef, der seinen Job liebt und dem Gast nahezu jeden Wunsch ermöglicht! Das gesamte Personal ist klasse, alle sind sehr herzlich und serviceorientiert! Für mich sind es immer die Mitarbeiter, die ein Fünf Sterne Hotel ausmachen, und das passt hier einfach alles!
Etwas außerhalb von Lech gelegen, aber es steht immer ein Shuttle mit kurzer Vorlaufzeit parat. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir Termine verlegt und spontan einen Tag verlängert haben.

Very fine hotel, to high price.
Pros:

The hotel is very fine, lovely rooms, great food and good facilities - But the price you pay is to high and the service you get when book this hotel does not meet our expectations of a top class hotel.

The staff is trying to do their best, but it is not yet good enough.

An example: There was rotten fruit on the table in our room upon arrival.

Best hotel in Vorarlberg
Pros:

The experience staying at Severin's exceeded expectations. The quality of the hotel was at the very highest at all levels from service to the design of the hotel, choice of materials, food, wine and amenities. The view of the alps from the balcony takes one's breath away. The quality of the staff was unmatched. Their people skills are exemplary. This hotel is competitive with any 5 star hotel in the world; we have stayed at many.
