Lo que más nos gustó fueron las instalaciones del hotel, especialmente el sauna, baño turco, piscina, jacuzzi y el espacio para masajes. Además, cuenta con una linda vista desde distintos sectores y con áreas cómodas para descansar, lo que hace agradable la estadía.
Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia no fue buena debido a una situación grave ocurrida durante la estadía. Presentamos una intoxicación que atribuimos a algún alimento o bebida consumida en el hotel. Al momento de necesitar ayuda, el citófono de la habitación no funcionaba y, durante la noche, solo había un nochero, por lo que fue muy difícil comunicarnos.
Al informar lo ocurrido en recepción al día siguiente, la única ayuda que recibimos fue un número de teléfono de una farmacia. Considerando la situación, esperábamos una mayor preocupación por parte del hotel. Durante el resto de nuestra estadía nadie volvió a preguntarnos cómo nos encontrábamos, a pesar de que comentamos lo sucedido al menos a tres trabajadores.
Al momento del check-out tampoco recibimos disculpas ni algún gesto de consideración por lo ocurrido. Se nos cobró la totalidad del consumo, incluidos los productos que presuntamente ocasionaron la intoxicación, sin que existiera algún tipo de seguimiento o atención hacia nuestra situación. Esto dejó una muy mala impresión sobre la forma en que el hotel gestionó un incidente de esta gravedad.
Además, la conexión Wi-Fi fue muy deficiente. Prácticamente no tuvimos acceso a internet durante toda la estadía, lo que representó un inconveniente adicional.
En definitiva, fue una muy mala experiencia. Por la falta de respuesta y de preocupación frente a una situación tan delicada, no recomendaría este hotel ni volvería a hospedarme allí.

Chambre vieillotte qui a besoin d etre refaite. Debit de l eau aleatoire tout comme l eau chaude. Tout l hotel a besoin d’ un coup de neuf. Le prix demandé ne vaut pas l ensemble des prestations.
Todo, un sitio increíble, perfecto para descansar. Las excursiones desde el hotel muy recomendables. Y el personal muy atento y simpático. Hotel ideal para parejas, desayuno, comida y trato excelentes.

La amabilidad del personal, la comida y la instalaciones. Me encantó el camino privado para caminar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza.

This hotel is a slice of paradise! The rooms are large, peaceful, and inviting and each feels as though it is a cozy corner of the property. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly- we ended up watching world cup games together and talking a lot. Everywhere there are birds, flowers, and a sense of tranquility. I used Spa Colina as a base to explore the coffee region (Salento, Filandia, and the thermales) and it was easy to get to/from the airport and then drive around. It is advised to rent an SUV. Returning home to the steam/sauna then pool and a sunset cocktail with a delicious dinner was a dream.
Sometimes the wifi was spotty.
