Everything was amazing!! The staff, specially (Jordan y Alex) were AMAZING!! The food choices and the SPA trement was also amazing. I don't think there was anything I didn't like. Thanks for having us and we will definitely be coming back.

The staff is very polite, helpful and friendly at the same time. Room is super clean, food is excellent, in fact everything is excellent. The landscape is unforgettable. We will miss the dogs Miel and Negro.

I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. The front desk was always ready if anything was needed (bilingual is a plus too!).

I enjoyed the views from the top of the private hiking trail. However, it is a bit overgrown and could use some attention. It did make for a very special sunset and not a soul in sight! 🌅

The location is breathtaking. Every morning to wake up with the songs of the birds, looking over the valley and the mountains, and to have encounters with the hummingbirds, patrons and other colorful birds, is out of this world. And the best companion for hiking of course was Miele, the most adorable dog. Excellent place, highly recommended ❤️
The road to the hotel
Es el mejor hotel del eje cafetero para una escapada de descanso en pareja. La habitación en que estuvimos alojados tiene una vista al valle y a las montañas increíble, donde disfrutamos el atardecer. El spa es espectacular y el masaje es el mejor que hemos recibido en buen tiempo. El personal es muy atento y la comida combina platos de la región y platos internacionales para todos los gustos.

Uno de los mejores regalos que le pude dar a mi esposo. Nuestro viaje al eje cafetero no hubiera sido ek mismo sin la colina. El servicio es extraordinario, la comida deliciosa y el spa es uno de los mejores que he visitado.

El agua a la entrada de la villa no estaba limpia y había varios materiales de construcción y desorden en varios lugares. Algunos platos deben mejorar de manera urgente porque reducen mucho la calidad de la experiencia.
