Pros:

The staff is very polite, helpful and friendly at the same time. Room is super clean, food is excellent, in fact everything is excellent. The landscape is unforgettable. We will miss the dogs Miel and Negro.

El Spa es de los mejores que he estado en Colombia.

Extremely friendly and accommodating service — I recommend this hotel for relaxation or for romance.
Pros:

I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. The front desk was always ready if anything was needed (bilingual is a plus too!).

The full spa package was exquisite and I really enjoyed my massage. 💆‍♂️

A special shout out to Alex who gave me a tour of the grounds of the property and also makes a mean cocktail!

Cons:

I enjoyed the views from the top of the private hiking trail. However, it is a bit overgrown and could use some attention. It did make for a very special sunset and not a soul in sight! 🌅

Extraordinary
Pros:

Anna Maria, Lady and Dan were extraordinary. Very professional, kind and hospitable. They made our stay and comfort special.
The location is breathtaking. Every morning to wake up with the songs of the birds, looking over the valley and the mountains, and to have encounters with the hummingbirds, patrons and other colorful birds, is out of this world. And the best companion for hiking of course was Miele, the most adorable dog. Excellent place, highly recommended ❤️

Pros:

Es el mejor hotel del eje cafetero para una escapada de descanso en pareja. La habitación en que estuvimos alojados tiene una vista al valle y a las montañas increíble, donde disfrutamos el atardecer. El spa es espectacular y el masaje es el mejor que hemos recibido en buen tiempo. El personal es muy atento y la comida combina platos de la región y platos internacionales para todos los gustos.

Uno de los mejores regalos que le pude dar a mi esposo. Nuestro viaje al eje cafetero no hubiera sido ek mismo sin la colina. El servicio es extraordinario, la comida deliciosa y el spa es uno de los mejores que he visitado.

El agua a la entrada de la villa no estaba limpia y había varios materiales de construcción y desorden en varios lugares. Algunos platos deben mejorar de manera urgente porque reducen mucho la calidad de la experiencia.

Nice view Nice Stay!
Pros:

There room we had was nice and comfortable, the view is nice, it has big windows and we could enjoy the breeze outside, the birds in the morning are beautiful. My prenatal massage was relaxing, she knew what she was doing and had great pressure. Overall the place is Nice. They offered complementary coffee and tea, also complementary transport to airport.

Cons:

When we check in the guy at the front was very chatty with the other coworkers, he was doing everything at the same time, and we felt he was all over the place. The food is ok, they add tons of heavy cream and cheese to almost everything. My husband didn’t like his massage, since the girl was all over the place with no technique, and was not relaxing to hear her rubbing the hot stones in front of his ears.

Es un remanso de paz con unas vistas increíbles.
El personal fue muy amable, se puede hacer un trekking desde el hotel, comimos en el hotel y estaba todo delicioso.

Pros:

El servicio muy bueno, muy buenos masajes e instalaciones

Cons:

No descansamos bien debido a que había música y cantando de otra habitación y pedimos a recepción que les avisaran y no lo hicieron.
Nos hemos despertado al día siguiente mi pareja y yo con picaduras de chinches por todo el cuerpo, suponemos que eran de la cama.
