We had a lovely stay at this amazing hotel

Heel fijn en ontspannend verblijf
Pros:

Supervriendelijk personeel, altijd klaar om te helpen. toen er bv een dag een stortbui losbarstte en we niet dicht bij het gebouw aan het schuilen waren kwam iemand ons enkele heel grote paraplu's brengen. Ik waardeerde ook de gratis service om ons de laatste dag naar de luchthaven te brengen.

Cons:

Echt een heel klein detail, maar hoe vriendelijk en behulpzaam het personeel ook was, tafelbediening was soms wat "onhandig": drank brengen zonder of met te weinig glazen bv. Het personeel was daar meer zelf slachtoffer van dan wij, omdat ze dan telkens dingen moesten bijhalen.

Pure, rustic relaxation in the heart of nature
Pros:

I absolutely loved the countryside vibe - fresh air, roosters in the distance in the morning and the beautiful nature. So relaxing and calming coming from London. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Una experiencia inolvidable en el eje cafetero. Un lugar 10 de 10. Su personal muy amable y atento a cada detalle. Comida y bebidas muy buenas y excelente presentación. Los perritos guía que te llevan hacia los miradores, son un encanto. La amabilidad y el buen servicio de Jordan, fue estupendo. Los chóferes 10 de 10... Me quedo sin palabras para describir vuestro excelente servicio y vuestro perfecto paraíso. Gracias por todo!

Pros:

Lugar excelente, con vistas espectaculares, muy buenas comida, buen desayuno, caminata que te conecta con la naturaleza y servicio de spa excelente.

La Colina was AMAZING!!
Pros:

Everything was amazing!! The staff, specially (Jordan y Alex) were AMAZING!! The food choices and the SPA trement was also amazing. I don't think there was anything I didn't like. Thanks for having us and we will definitely be coming back.

La habitación suite junior que muestra booking no es la misma que nos asignaron y para nuestro gusto no era lo que esperábamos. La comida pedimos una carne termino medio y llego completamente seca.

Pros:

The staff is very polite, helpful and friendly at the same time. Room is super clean, food is excellent, in fact everything is excellent. The landscape is unforgettable. We will miss the dogs Miel and Negro.
