Nice
Pros:

Clean, nice decor, breakfast area

Cons:

Parking price. I parked a block away for $25 a night. I would have easily paid $40 but $65 was too much

Overall great
Pros:

The property was great, very clean and comfortable

Cons:

It’s just one minor quibble, we were out all day on Sunday and when we got back late afternoon the room had not been serviced which was surprising. Then housekeeping came by three times while we were trying to rest before going back out for dinner when we told them the first time to come back in 30 min because we’d be going out.

Perfection for a weekend getaway.
Pros:

Johnny checked us in and out. He was so kind and respectful to me and my family. Our room was very clean and the cleaning service was perfection. There was a security guard every morning and night to ensure safety to the guests.

The views and the rooftop was amazing

Cons:

Um yeah the rooms was nasty asl we literally got dressed for the concert n left stayed out all night just so I didn’t have to sleep here.

Bonnie was very nice and helpful and professional. Good location
Pros:

Rooms were nice. Self pour beer. Hotel layout was nice. Elevators were nice and quick.

Cons:

Paying $65 a day for parking. No bar. Pillows were bad. Chaise lounge was dirty in the room.

It was the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far!!
Pros:

It was very pleasing to the eye, very clean!! We arrived a lot earlier than expected, and the reception ladies let us go ahead and check in no problem!! The staff were super friendly and helpful!!!

This hotel made my stay enjoyable, luxurious, and convenient.
Pros:

The fitness center was great, and the complimentary breakfast removed the hassle of finding something on a daily basis before attending the work conference.

Cons:

There were few to no complaints I could come up with. If I had an event nearby, I'd certainly have the Hampton Inn at Chicago West Loop Fulton Market Area at the top of my list.
