La ubicación es ideal, cerca a la playa y al muelle.

Cons:

Es un poco incómodo estar pidiendo siempre apoyo para salir o entrar ya que no tiene salida abierta a la playa. Sin embargo la persona encargada siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar.

Volvería pero tendría más cuidado con el check out
Pros:

Muy bueno, bien ubicado con vista al mar preciosa y tranquilo

Cons:

Que nos dijeron que teníamos que dejar guardadas nuestras cosas antes de ir al avistamiento de ballenas y cuando regresamos a bañarnos antes del check out ya habían dispuesto de la habitación, más coordinación con su personal.

No cumplió mis expectativas
Pros:

Excelente vista al mar desde la terraza.

Cons:

Las personas que atienden bastante secas.. uno siente que molesta si pregunta.
Luego de las 23hs la persona de seguridad no te deja salir simplemente porque es su horario de dormir.Me resulta inentendible que no dejen salir o que no den una llave para poder acceder luego de una salida nocturna
Si rentas habitación con baño compartido debes tener en cuenta que si alguien se está bañando no tienen otra opción y debes esperar a que el.huesped acabe. Deberían poner un sanitario aparte ya que esto provoca esperas y malestar. El agua de la ducha es fría (algo que suele ser normal en los alojamientos de la zona).
Hay una pequeña cocina que no se encuentra habilitada para huespedes, si piensas cocinarte o guardar algo en nevera, definitivamente no es una opción para ti.

La ubicación está muy bien.

Cons:

El personal en especial la chica que atiende bastante mala onda, se la notaba enojada y sin predisposición desde el momento del check in donde remarcó de forma tajante el horario de check out. Sabía que iba a ser un lugar raro desde que hice la reserva, ya que me llegó un mensaje confuso intimando a pagar en dos horas y enviar un comprobante, debiendo saber ellos que es imposible enviar comprobante por el chat de booking, de lo contrario cancelarían la reserva. Utilizan un tipo de cambio distinto al real.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were not accepted in the hotel due to an international bank wire transfer that takes time to arrive. We wasted lots of time and energy to find another place due to this issue.
