La habitación estába bien, cumple para efectos de comodidad.
Que me habían dado una habitación que no correspondía con mí reserva, corrigieron pero me hicieron cambiar y moverme de habitación.
Tv obsoleta, pocos canales y demasiado chica, deberían de poner tv Smart TV, desayuno terrible, ( pasta y arroz en desayuno) ni al caso, aunado a qué lo cierran antes de las 10:00 AM
Baños cerca de la recepción sucios.
La puerta para ir al jacuzzi no cerraba por completo.
El hotel es muy bonito, bien ubicado.
Estaba sucio el pasillo cuando llegamos y quizás los productos de aseo tienen un olor demasiado fuerte.
El desayuno me pareció muy básico, hay bastante personal pero no resuelven muy rápido los requerimientos.
Faltaban 20 min para que se terminara el servicio y ya no habían huevos ni refill de jugo.
El personal muy atento y colaborador.
Por un momento, nos sentimos incómodas debido a un evento que tenían de un político el cual hasta la policía se hizo presente y nosotras teníamos que salir del hotel y salimos a empujones, fue lo único que no nos gustó.

En las habitaciones como tal no cuenta con aire uno tiene que coger el sereno de la noche para no ahogarse del calor, ademas extractor de baño no funcionó, no colocan toallas no de manos ni de pies , no hay plancha en habitacion hay q bajar para pedirla, teléfono de habitacion no funciono el auricular, desayunos nada variado y no tan.bueno
Si ubicación y personal excelentes, las instalaciones también muy lindas
En la habitación no servía muy bien el control del tv, había un dispositivo para conectar a Bluetooth el cual fue imposible porque estaba dañado, al utilizar la bañera el agua salía al clima por lo que no se pudo disfrutar mucho del baño o del jacuzzi
This is my second time in this hotel. The property is excellently located for visiting the historic district and landmarks such as Monserrate. Additionally, the pool area provides a very relaxing environment; it is well-heated and conveniently open until 10:00 PM.
