I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Grand Park Bogotá. The room was in poor condition and clearly not maintained to an acceptable standard.

The bathroom ceiling had peeling paint and visible signs of moisture damage, which made the room feel neglected. The shower had excessive buildup and staining, and the bathroom fixtures looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. The shelf beneath the sink was chipped, swollen, and damaged from water exposure, showing long-term neglect rather than normal wear and tear.

To make matters worse, there was an exposed smoke detector base on the ceiling with the detector itself missing, which raised concerns about the room’s safety and maintenance.

For a hotel that presents itself as a quality property, these issues are unacceptable. Basic maintenance, cleanliness, and safety should never be overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel until they address these obvious maintenance problems.
