從硬體設備上感覺的出來是有點年紀的飯店，但內部整理的舒適乾淨，櫃檯工作人員也很客氣，周遭環境也不錯，離車站近，附近吃東西也方便，有機會再去高雄的話還會想再去住宿

Pros:

地點離鳳山車站很近，後面就是曹公圳，雖然停車場要走幾步路，但住宿期間無限制出入停車很方便。沒有早餐，不過從後門出來就有早餐店，平日住宿很性價比很高。床屬於硬床，雖然覺得太硬了點，不過總比軟棉棉沒有支撐的床來得好。

浴室不是分離式的，洗完澡地板都是溼的，有點危險

Cons:

1. 問櫃檯如何去澄清湖棒球場？他回答我說可以幫我叫計程車。我說我想搭公車，他建議到鳳山火車站附近搭車。（沒有達到我的標準：至少告訴我到哪條街或明顯建築物及搭幾號公車。）
我後來自己探索的答案：出大門後向右轉，走到鳳山醫院，搭16A或16B到澄清湖棒球場。
（16B假日沒班次）。
2. 週日清晨兩點左右，竟然有人按我住的507門鈴，我並沒有開門。後來就睡著了。（起床後，沒睡好；但沒有向櫃檯反應。）
3. 看不到煒來、DAZN 、民視及三立等第四台。
