CP值沒話說，但房間老舊，只是簡單窩一晚倒是還好。
Pros:

因為臨時要住宿，這間CP值真的很高，連假房價很划算！浴室的水壓很足夠，洗澡很舒服。

Cons:

ㄧ進房間就有一隻小蟑螂在地上爬，我馬上踩死丟垃圾桶，後來出門再進房間，又看到一隻😓因為已經很晚了，隔天又要工作，實在懶得再換房間了。

Pros:

一樓大體可以行李寄放，交誼廳也有提供零食點心給旅客，櫃檯人員很親切，臨時遇到生理期也有提供衛生棉，剛好我們的房型也有浴缸，很滿意的一次體驗！
若是搭乘臺鐵想在鳳山區旅遊，很推薦到金鳳凰居住，走路五分鐘，雖然離鳳山捷運站有點距離，但走路也不會太遠，整體而言非常方便，丹丹漢堡也在附近，會想要再次回訪！

房間舒適，中央空調，CP值高。
Pros:

飯店CP值高。
房形是"標準雙人房 "。
有免費停車場(走路約3~5分鐘)，於櫃檯登記好車號後，住宿期間無限直接進出，免消帳。
房間算大，插頭算充足(床頭有，電視後也有)。
用餐：雖無早餐，但樓下附近就有早餐店，還有一家丹丹漢堡，便利商店也有。
有免費的點心區：位於一樓電梯旁，會有一些餅乾類點心以及飲料機可以於住宿期間使用(但禁止外帶，只能該該區域食用及飲用)
浴室：水壓充足，熱水來很快。而且還有浴缸可以泡澡。

Cons:

其實住起來還可以，但若要提到相對算缺點的話大概是以下幾點：
床的長度：體感較短一些。身高175的我要相對貼著床頭，或是斜躺，才能確保腳底不會有懸空感。
免費wifi：原則上免費wifi是透過房間的數據機提供，所以除非房間有人住，不然正常可以每個房間各有一個自己的網路。網路速度大概75M/65M左右(可能實際是100M吧?)，雖然如此但遠端遙控來說偶爾會稍微出現不順暢的現象，但至少不會斷線。
冷氣：中央空調。僅提供冷氣。溫況方式為床頭有三個開關可以調整風力。所以當你覺得冷的時候只能選擇調小風力或暫時關閉，熱的時候又要手動提高風力作溫度調整。不確定冬天時是不是只能也在室內穿外套來解決了。(我住這幾天的溫度大概是22~28度)。
