We put a ‘do not disturb’ sign on our door the entire stay. They still came in daily to replace the sheets and towels. We would have preferred the privacy and we felt wasteful having them replace linens daily. On Sunday we went down for breakfast at 7:45 and it didn’t start until 8. No big deal. We went back down at 8:11. It still wasn’t fully set up. And the coffee was horrible every morning. We’d had amazing coffee during our entire trip, but the coffee there was so bad we bought coffee elsewhere and brought that to the free breakfast on our last day there. There was also construction on a room next to us and above us on two separate occasions, and no one warned us. Overall, we were disappointed with this establishment.

It was in the right part of town for my needs. Very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was simple but adequate. The hotel doesn’t have any extra amenities. The price was great.

I dont think anyone else was in the hotel when we were there. No breakfast because we arrived xmas eve.

Nice hotel, some staff could speak English, rooms were nice

This was our first night in Lima before we headed to Cusco and the syaff made us feel very welcome on arrival.

The hotel has a nice modern decor which continues throughout and is quite uplifting.

The rooms was clean and bed very comfortable. The only downside is that they don't do a kingsize option as i'm 6'2. The rooftop terrace is a lovely area to relax but could with bar so you can have drink or snack up there.

Location wise, the hotel is a 10 minute stroll to the waterfront and the Larcomar Complex which has lots of restaurants and shops. 10 minutes the other way takes you to Kennedy Park.

All in all i'd recommend this hotel as its good value for money.

great location. close to some tourist attractions. front desk staff was good. room was clean. no AC in the room. were just installing them. staff helped out with standing fan.

was located close to some nice attractions. but room did not have AC. currently they are installing them but staff helped out with a standing fan. not impressed with the restaurant. it was a Chinese restaurant next door. breakfast was good though.

Breakfast was a little *too* simple. Bed was a little rough but super clean, very good service, and exceptionally located! Overall it was just a simple, plain, not too decorated but very functional and clean hotel.

The room is pretty bare bones. There was a small gap in the window when closed that allowed the breeze to enter the room. This made the room quite cold. When I asked for a heater they said they would bring it up, then I got a call saying it would cost 30 soles which seemed odd considering the room was cold due to the poor window installation. The wifi did not work in the room unless I was standing right at the door despite the router being 5 feet from our room. It was not a very good experience for me.

Other than ac not included room was fine, service good, friendly and helpful. Did have to pay 10.00 u.s. per day for the portable ac unit. No rooms have ac. It did work but this was the first time I experienced this.
