A cozy traditional coffee farmhouse.
Pros:

This farm is a truly traditional coffee farmstay which was lovely. Even though we booked the night before and they hadn't received the update on their system, they were very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast is quite generous and yummy. However, one needs a personal way of transport as it's a bit far away from public transport.

Pros:

Bokade igår rum vi ett av era hotel Finca hotel el Anhel. Först bokades ett
rum på fel dag 28-29 juni, denna av bokades och ersattes med en mellan
datumen 27-28 juni.
Enligt er app skulle detta hotell ha plats då vi kunde boka ett rum, det
skulle även ligga ca 800 meter från centrum. Varken eller stämde där av
anser jag att jag inte är betalnings skyldig till någon av bokningarna. Den
första som a bokades bör jag inte betala någon kostnad för då hotellet INTE
låg på avsedd platts enligt er app, denna något kreativa marknadsföring
kostade mig 120sek extra i taxi avgift vilket ni gott kan ge mig till godo
vid nästa bokning hos er.
Väl framme på hotellet släpptes vi inte in trotts våran bokning.
Hoppas ni kan hjälpa mig i detta ärendet.
