Great option with gracious staff in Caldas!
Pros:

The staff is absolutely the best thing about this hotel! Diego was working when I arrived and he was so helpful - he called the parquedero to let them know I was coming and helped bring all my luggage inside. Then he was so patient when I looked at several rooms and made sure I knew about the tea and coffee they provide. Then the woman who was at the front desk in the morning watched the cameras when I bright my vehicle from the parquedero to the hotel and brought my luggage out to me! What incredible service! The rooms were also clean, has plenty of storage, towers, a fan, a TV. The parquedero wax right a Ross the street and in a fully staffed garage, so very safe. This is a great option in Caldas!
