Disappointing, Very Humid, Stinky Room

Room wasn’t very clean, was very very humid and hard to get at a decent temperature. Room had a nasty smell to it.

Room not ready at check in time

Cons:

We got there at for to check and was told the room would be ready in 15 minutes. Mind tou check was at 3. We didnt get to check in until 530 bc the room still was not ready. So we had to check and rush to get dressed to get to our event

Concert stay
Pros:

We stayed a night for a concert and was very happy with how our stay went! Typically I have a hard time sleeping in hotels but everything was great. Not far from downtown but far enough that its nice and quiet. It really feels like home away from home.

Very good place for a stop while passing through Nashville

I was very disappointed.
Pros:

I enjoyed the comfortable bed the most.

Cons:

If the lady at the front desk called her manager or someone that could fix the issue of my payment. I was there for almost four hours before I decided to make another payment so that I could check into my room. That was very disappointing and very frustrating when I already booked and paid for my stay and then wasted 3-1/2 hours standing in the lobby.

Pros:

Staff was polite and accommodating. The location is near gas stations, restaurants and stores.

Cons:

The AC in the room was very loud and freezing even setting it in a higher temperature, making it near impossible to sleep next to it.
