Rixos Premium Magawish Suites and Villas

One of the most amazing properties we have ever stayed at. The staff are amazing- very friendly and overly accommodating. We are not typically fans of the food at all inclusive resorts, but the food was incredible. We will absolutely return. Special shout out to Turquoise manager Hady and his amazing staff. Fauzey in the beach area was very kind and always helped us find a spot. Sammy was another wonderful staff member in the beach area. I cant say enough about their exceptional customer service. Bravo Rixos Hurgada!!!!

Accueil des plus désobligeants : nécessité d’avoir l’aval de la hiérarchie pour confirmer notre réservation (1 lit double). Même si la question se pose dans cette partie du monde lorsque que l’on voyage à deux hommes, un hôtel de ce standing se doit d’être bien plus diplomate et bienveillant. Nesreen a la réception a été particulièrement désagréable dans la gestion ce cette situation. Seule et unique fois que nous avons ressenti cela durant tout notre séjour en Égypte (5 hôtels + 1 croisière sur le Nil). Nous avons voyagé en Jordanie en Aveil dernier, aucuns problèmes de ce genre également. Nous ne retournons jamais dans un hôtel de la chaîne Rixos.

Amazing stay! Book it with your eyes closed! Andrew and Sylvia at reception were amazing! So friendly and professional! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beach food and amneties are top class! My family and I enjoyed every second! We will be back!

I faced so many problems with the property first of all with the booking . I booked and entered both of my children’s age which are 3 and 5 they said no you need to pay extra cause one of the children is above 2 ?? I entered that I didn’t surprise you and made me feel that they are doing me a favor in which they need to update their Expedia requirements .Second issue I ordered skin cream from the pharmacy the security guy at the door refused to deliver or to contact the front office and demanded me to go and retrieve it my self ALTHOUGH the guest next to me was delivered the pharmacy at the pool . Third issue my wife kids and I were sitting on the beach in a restaurant that is a chilling point and not a reservation kind of diner the guy came to me and told me it’s reserved I asked him are you asking me to leave he said yes. I’ve been to Rixos sharm 4 times and Rixos JBR and DIFC this is the by far the worst Rixos I’ve ever been to l, the staff are extremely untrained for hospitality. Worst hotel experience I have faced in a long time property rooms beach are flawless. Staff treatment guest relation guess this brand is not for you

wir waren das erste mal auf hurghada und waren wirklich sehr positiv überrascht von der ganzen anlage, das essen die freundlichkeit ist unglaublich. ich möchte mich gerne bei dem animations team bedanken osama, jimmy mostafa und noha einfach ganz tolle menschen . ausserdem möchte ich samy von der beachbar hervorheben er ist ein so herzlicher mensch sehr sehr aufmerksam er ist so fleissig. es ist bestimmt nicht einfach getränke auf ein tablett im sand zu servieren. er hat unser herz. ein sehr dankbarer bodenständiger junger mann. ich hoffe das wir ihn wieder treffen würden wenn wir nochmal ins rixos kommen.

Die Anlage ist top. Allerdings sind die Zimmer am Meer / Hauptpool etwas belastet mit Lärm und Geruch aus den umliegenden Restaurants. Nicht unbedingt für Ruhesuchende.

서비스는 굉장히 좋아요! 이용할 수 있는 레스토랑과 바가 다양하고 수영장도 많습니다. 다만 룸 내의 화장실 청소가 부족했어요.

Güzel ve temiz bir odada 4 gece kaldım.Yemekler gayet lezzetli ve çalışanların tümü çok gayretliysi.Özellikle ana restoran çalışanları misafir sayısına göre az sayıda olmalarına rağmen üstün çaba harcayıp müşterileri memnun etmeye çalışıyordu.4 Gün boyunca şiddetli ve sert rüzgar olması ve çok soğuk hissettirmesi nedeniyle denize giremedim.Mercan ve resif varmı göremedim.

0ğlumla 3 günlük tatil için tercih etmiştik. Otele girdiğimiz andan çıkış yaptığımız ana kadar herşey hayranlık uyandıracak kadar mükemmel ve kusursuzdu. Personelin ilgisi ve nezaketi, her sorunun çözülmesi için çaba göstermesi takdire şayan.

It was the 1st time for me to try rixos chains but definitely it will not be the last. The hotel facilities and services is perfect. The stuff was very helpful and the room was clean and tidy.

The shuttle bus is fast every 5 to 10 mins there is a shuttle bus. You don't need to wait along to find a place in the shuttle bus.

The kids club was perfect my daughter like it very much and the stuff was very friendly. We need to thank Marian from the kids club .

Regarding the alcart restaurant. It was amazing a big thank to Salt restaurant and youssry from Salt ,mangal restaurant (big thank to chef Reda and Mohamed) and people's. The food was superb and very tasty. You have alot of varieties and with a very good quality. Thank you Islam from turquoise restaurant.
