Nothing good about this place..just horrible.

The price is low and the property is very old

the staff is friendly and helpfull! a pleasant stay overall.

I family room but they offered suite free with no charge

But some of the inside rooms needs to be updated

Windows for childrens room must be closed as it is dangerous

It is a great hotel if you are on a budget. Courteous staff, great location, good rooms and a breakfast buffet with a decent spread. Overall a satisfactory stay.
Plus they have a great souvenir shop with pretty decent prices contrary to other hotel souvenir shops.

To me not worth more then 2 stars. Located on a kind of highway entering Amman. As a European did not take the risk taking a taxi and no contact with the arabic people who were the majority of guest. Pretty isolated from the evening live in Amman.

Bad customer services i called 4 times to get the tv fix they never send anyone.

I did not stay in this hotel but booked it for my teenager niece. I saw it advertised on Booking.com and it said "Breakfast Included". When my niece checked in, she was told by reception to make sure to have her breakfast as it was included in the reservation. The following morning my niece went and had breakfast and she was asked to pay for it. I messaged the hotel on 4 different occasions regarding this matter but no one bothered to reply. I even send them a copy of their advertisement. I contacted Booking.com who told me that breakfast was not included as per the small print despite the fact it said "Breakfast Included". They also said that breakfast is an option for extra charge. As far as I the customer is concerned, If the advert says "Breakfast is available" or its an "option" instead of "Included" then I would have known that I had to pay extra for it if I wanted it. This is misleading and false advertising by the hotel and unfortunately Booking.com seems to be OK with it. I have lost faith in the hotel and Booking.com.

The hotel can be called a budget hotel.
The positives are as follows:1. The Safeway outlet is within walking distance and also has a restaurant.
2. Gusti ice cream is near by around a 650 metres walk. The area also has confectionory shop, shawrama outlet, Iraqui restaurant etc.
3. The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly.
4. The breakfast buffet spread is decent.

However, the rooms could do with some renovation specially the bathrooms and the bathroom fittings. The lobby area and the dining area seem to have been renovated. If the rooms are renovated gradually it would be really good.
They also have a nice coffee shop which serves shisha.
The staff goes out of the way to help you in all possible ways.

Very bad service specially from the C shift team.
I have a big group in thier hotel and I had informed the B shift that the bus fir group will arrive at the early morning but i was shocked that there is no park in fir our bus.
The staff were very unhelpful and they start shout at the hotel lobby.
This is the last time I will make a recommendation for this bad service.

A very clean and tidy room, they had a spectacular view with great location it’s in the middle of the city near to everything great location for holiday and even for business, hospitality was great and they give great deals for families. Iam so happy that I have experienced my trip with them

Clean, spacious ensuite room. Double bed with separate section for watching TV & relaxing. Fridge & AC / heater. Bathroom clean with hot water. Room was cleaned & bed-sheets changed everyday. The breakfast was satisfactory. Staff friendly & helpful. It was easy enough to catch passing taxis from the road outside the hotel.

It wasn’t good stay the doors were squeaky bathroom faucet broken shower curtain broken the breakfast was very limited items
Never go there it’s not worth the money

Very easy, courteous and helpful check-in. I was exhausted from a delayed flight, and they quickly had food delivered. The room is very large, a full suite. There was no heat, But they immediately brought up extra blankets. This is not a luxury hotel but I would highly recommend it for the professionalism of the staff

The structure is old and in need of serious renovations and upgrades. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Bed is clean and soft, Shower water hot. That is all I needed.
