Pros:

Chat Box för de svårt mobilberoende. Så vi slipper höra samtalen. Personalen gjorde så gott de kunde utifrån märkliga förutsättningar.

Cons:

Vi skulle se VM fotboll, men fastnade i en digital labyrint som inte ens personalen kunde förklara eller lösa. För att få fram en enkel TV tablå krävdes fler än sju steg. Vi gav upp och fick titta VM fotboll på mobilen. Vilka vänder ni er till? Hur tänker ni? Stackarna i personalen frågar oss minst 10 frågor på frukosten, vad vi vill ha som de sedan plockar fram. Märkligt! En ovanligt simpel frukost för 139 kr. Hon benämnde den stora frukosten med nåt trendigt engelskt ord, när jag frågar om det finns nåt ord på svenska för detta var svaret STORA frukosten. Herregud!? Vad händer om det blir lång kö? Fotbollsspel mitt bland frukostborden, mycket störande. Har designgruppen fått helt fria händer här? Kort sagt så många provocerande inslag, att vi kommer att varna vänner och bekanta för ert hotell.
