Good for the money
Pros:

The location, interior, friendly staff. And also there were stuff for kids to play with.

Food option too less. They had 3-4 things for food and not all was available.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, unfortunately, our experience took a disappointing turn on the second night.

When we left the hotel, we left our iPad on the bed. Upon returning later that day, we noticed that the beds had been made, as expected, but our iPad screen was broken. It was extremely disappointing that the damage appeared to have occurred during housekeeping, yet no one informed us of what had happened.

We reported the incident to the front desk shortly after discovering the damage. The following day, the manager contacted me to request further details, which I provided. However, I was later informed that the cleaner denied seeing an iPad on the bed. The manager advised that I would receive a call from the police department, followed by contact from the insurance company.

Several days have now passed, and I have yet to receive either call or any further update regarding the matter.

While I appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff, the way this incident has been handled has been extremely disappointing. I would have expected greater accountability, transparency, and follow-up from the hotel when a guest's personal belongings are damaged during their stay. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression of what was otherwise a pleasant interaction with the staff.

Pros:

La habitación estuvo cómoda y limpia. El desayuno es básico, solo tienes que consultar lo que vas a pedir. Hay huevos duros, pero están muy fríos. Creo que esa es oportunidad de mejora para que puedan dejarlo tibios. Por el resto, todo bien. Hay restaurantes cerca. hay un Denny's cerca, por si llegaron muy tarde y quieren cenar.

Cons:

Los huevos duros fríos. Puede mejorar dejándolos tibios. El café estuvo bueno y la disponibilidad de lo que necesitas para desayunar también.
