Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a 15 minutos del aeropuerto, hay cerca un pollo tropical, un starbucks, cerca de una avenida principal, tiene servicio de parqueadero, el aseo genial! todo muy limpio, la habitación muy confortable . 100% recomendado.

Πολυ χαμηλός φωτισμός στο δωμάτιο σε σημείο που δεν βλεπεις. Δεν υπαρχει κεντρικό φωτιστικο παρα μόνο 1 λάμπα στο γραφείο και 2 φωτα στα κομοδίνα. Το κλιματιστικό ειναι τοποθετημένο στο έδαφος με αποτέλεσμα να παγώνουν τα πόδια σου.

Excellent Service with a Small Suggestion

I have been staying at the Aloft by Marriott Miami Airport Hotel for approximately five years for business purposes. The hotel’s location is very convenient, and the service provided by the staff is excellent.

I would just like to share one observation. When I first started staying at the hotel, I would always receive a welcome text message, which was interactive and allowed me to ask questions or request services directly.

I stayed here in March and three times in August, and I did not receive that message on any of those occasions. If this is a practice that has been discontinued, I would encourage you to consider bringing it back. It is an important part of providing good guest service and is also a very nice touch. Un

The young man who checked me in welcomed me with a complimentary beverage from the market for my Birthday! He also gave me pertinent information for my first cruise! His act of kindness and stellar service was greatly appreciated.

I also had a most delightful and informative conversation with Rodney at the bar. He found it inconceivable that one of his guests would celebrate their birthday at a mediocre "chain" restaurant, so he suggested a more refined establishment, which proved to be absolutely exceptional. It was a top-tier experience!!

Thank you, Marriott for exceeding my expectations on my birthday!
