Atención cordial y ubicación céntrica, con servicios mejorables

La recepcionista fue amable, fueron flexibles con el tiempo de custodia de nuestros equipajes y nos permitieron permanecer en las instalaciones (no cuarto) sin costo adicional. Está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de centros comerciales y la plaza de Cayma.

Cons:

El desayuno fue demasiado simple y el personal de servicio de desayuno poco amable. Las camas tenían sábanas muy gastadas con pequeñas manchas. La ducha con tina no pudo ser utilizada porque no tenía tapón. El internet wifi y la señal del celular no eran estables, y durante la madrugada de nuestra estancia se fue la luz.

Pros:

La casa es preciosa, el personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación céntrica pero en una zona tranquila para descansar cómodamente. Las habitaciones son amplias. Vuelvo a alejarme sin dudas. De lo mejor que me he alojado en Arequiyen años. Lo recomiendo 100%. Tienen un hermoso jardín con frutales con una terraza al lado, me encantó!

Pros:

The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and good WiFi. The breakfast was adequate (though limited in the buffet, presumably as very few guests were staying) but the staff looked a mixture of bored, tired and miserable. No smiles, greetings or thank you's - so the experience was let down by it's front line staff. Great potential for this place, but there are much better options in the city centre (where we stayed for the rest of our time in Arequipa).
