Pros:

The service was fantastic, we unfortunately do not speak Spanish but everyone was very helpful. There is a roof top patio that has a small pool and billards table and is a great spot to watch the sunset or just hang out and have a few drinks. Ica is not touristy at all compared to Huacachina. You can easily visit the vineyards from here or 8sol to go into Huacachina to look around.

Pros:

Upon arrival as my sister was checking in, a staff member offered me coffee. I grabbed a cup. Another staff member asked my room number. I said I’ll let you know in a minute. Because I didn’t have the room number yet he insisted I pay the $5.00 tab. I said another staff member offered it. He would not let it go or believe me that another staff member offered it to me. He said “well let me confirm then.” It was not about the tab but the principle that I did not want to pay. He would not rationalize with me the fact that it was an honest mistake.

Hôtel idéal pour visiter huacachina

Très bon séjour .chambre spacieuse à la literie confortable.bon petit-déjeuner et bon restaurant.

Pros:

I really loved the location and the stuff. We are thinking to going back to the same hotel. The room is big and confi. I recomend it!!

Not the best stay
Pros:

Hotel staff were friendly and tried to accommodate us the best they could. Main issue was the hotel originally stated to has ac but there was none when we arrived. Orbitz has since updated the site to reflect that. Rooms are decent size but in poor condition.
