The location is great. It is a very run down motel and smells a bit like smoke in areas due to staff and guests smoking in the parking garage. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed two nights. The location and access to the beach are outstanding. Having private access to walk down to the beach is one reason I would stay again. The room was very spacious and it was clean. The carpet is older, in the fact that the room had a little bit of a musty odor. Nothing that would stop me from staying again. The view was very nice and good for people watching on the balcony. Nice restaurant/bar a few feet away. We got there exactly at three o'clock and were checked in quickly. Overall very nice place for being an older hotel.

Older property but very convenient to the beach. At a comparably good price point to other options when we compared. We go to the beach for the beach and not necessarily for the amenities of the motel.

I loved that it was just walking distance to the beach and the place was not very expensive. The rooms were kept clean and the people were very nice. One of the best motels I’ve stayed at. Only issue was WiFi was not very good but overall. Very good
