Pros:

The kitchenette is well-equipped with a knife, chopping board, various pots and pans, and even a shredder, which made it very convenient for preparing simple meals. While the room was clean and comfortable overall, the bed was not quite as comfortable for us to sleep in, as it was slightly soft and springy to our liking.
The property is also in a very convenient location, within walking distance of Fremantle train station. This was especially helpful since buses here do not run as frequently as those in Perth CBD and there are no CAT buses. It is also within walking distance of the ferry terminal to Rottnest Island, as well as the shopping area and Fremantle Markets.

Great hotel, especially for a business traveller.
Pros:

The room was great, a good size, modern and contained all the required facilities for a business traveller.
I found the property quiet and easy for access.

Cons:

Location outperforms most of the lack in friendliness at the front desk
Pros:

Location is great. Rooms are spacious with a kitchenette, clean and tidy presentation

Cons:

Staff were lacking a bit with information about wifi, services etc. Pleasant enough just not a warm interaction at the desk on arrival. The front door of the hotel is locked around 8:00 so need card access or buzzer access fairly early.

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

The location is easy access to the ferry terminal to Rottnest Island and also nearby attractions. Very comfortable hotel. We would love to come back again to stay here.

Cons:

The sound proof needs to be improve as we could hear the flushing of toilets clearly. Can be quite disturbing at night.
