An amazing time with friendly staff members
Pros:

My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed the suite. It was an amazing experience from within. And it is very close to the night life for couples to enjoy, within walking distance. The staff was also very friendly.

Estancia perfecta, Muy Agradable
Pros:

Mi experiencia fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el momento de mi llegada me sentí muy bien recibido y todo estuvo perfecto. El lugar es hermoso, cómodo, tranquilo. La atención del personal fue excelente, siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesitara.

La ubicación también es muy buena para disfrutar de Cartagena y conocer sus encantos.

Sin duda, fue una experiencia excelente y un lugar al que volvería sin pensarlo. 100% Recomendado.

Excellent stay — highly recommended, and I would definitely come back.
Pros:

Excellent hotel! Everything was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, the rooftop is amazing, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again without hesitation.

Me encantó el área de la piscina. El desayuno muy bueno. El personal bastante amable. La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

El hotel está un poco descuidado. Le falta mantenimiento. Le faltan cortinas oscuras a los cuartos.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones. Muy tranquilo y relajado, algunas personas del servicio muy atentas y agradables

Cons:

Sábanas rotas, el clóset con un fuerte olor a humedad que se impregnó en mi ropa, los 3 días que estuve no hubo servicio del bar del rooftop, la piscina del rooftop no abrió desde la hora que decían, el desayuno un poco limitado en cuanto a las opciones

Aunque no es responsabilidad del hotel, a un lado hay una discoteca que tiene el volúmen muy alto hasta las dos treinta de la mañana, eso es lo único que fue muy molesto
