The rooms were great and the location was perfect.

Cons:

I did not like the treatment we received from the restaurant staff. Also sitting at the bar near the garnish station which was covered and swarming with fruit flies.

Overall, our stay was great. We will visit again!
Pros:

The location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly attentive! The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food from the restaurant was great, we sat outside and enjoyed the morning view.

Cons:

The restaurant wait time was two hours, so we had no choice but to order room service. It wasn't the ideal Saturday night anniversary dinner I was looking forward to.
While the room includes many amenities, a coffee maker is essential. I understand the hotel only offers coffee in the morning, but people like to drink coffee at different times of the day. I'm glad we brought our own coffee maker.

A perfect weekend getaway. Great hotel with beautiful views. perfect location.
Pros:

beautiful view of the river. Very clean and comfortable rooms. that they offer a turn down service, I did not want it but they brought me the chocolates to my room. Who doesn't want a little chocolate at night!! location was walking distance to a number of restaurants, centrally located to the village, right on the water with a nice walkway by the water. absolutely loved that they provided coffee in the morning on EACH FLOOR!! loved this. did not need to go to the first floor for coffee ! Staff was helpful with recommendations and very pleasant.

Best hotel in the 1000 Islands
Pros:

Great location on the water. Great patio and staff is very friendly. Service is high end and made the value excellent for the price paid.

Cons:

Rooms and elevators sometimes show the wear and tear of a high traffic property.

The hotel is nice and is set right on the waterfront. Creating a wonderful backdrop.

The property is nice with very large comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Some of the female staff at the front desk are not quite as service oriented as front desk hospitality should be.

view was great. The server on Sunday morning, Michael was excellent, smiley responsive and took great care of us.
