Pros:

Great for family Disney trip
Pros:

Awesome close to Disneyland . Bus 7 picks up in front of hotel and will drop you off directly to security checkpoint entrance. $3 a person each way or buy a daily pass. Extremely friendly staff. 5-10 minute walk to restaurants. Very clean overall.

Property may be my new favorite. Everything was great with a few exceptions. Toilet was unusually noisy. Water pressure is shower left something to be desired. The cabinet housing the fridge and microwave was loud, creaky, and honestly an annoyance. Staff weren’t the friendliest coming and going at the front desk. The pool could have been heated a bit. The jets in the hot tub were also lacking quite a bit. Our WiFi stopped working one night. Highlights include the bedding and pillows, smart TVs with streaming options, overall look and size of the room and bathroom, their robot Sunny, walk ability to the Garden Walk and Disney, daily housekeeping, lobby set up. I preferred this over The Grand Legacy honestly.

The staff was helpful and welcoming. Paul and Jacuzzi was clean and fun to use with our three year-old. Walkable to Disneyland and to the garden walk area where there’s lots of restaurants.

We were asked at time of check in if we wanted daily housekeeping and we said yes “Daily” please.
Our room was not cleaned until we asked 3 times on our last full day there. Our trash was not taken out for 2 days. We had to ask for towels every morning and every afternoon.
We called and asked for 2 more pillows and we were sitting on our bed in our pajamas and all of a sudden the housekeeper walked into our room? ? Maybe knock in the future.

Clean room and lobby. Love how spacious and useful the size of our room is even with a crib. We get to take a nice 2-3 hour break in the middle of the day of our Disney trip. It’s a very close walk to Disney entrance, according to my watch it was 0.6 mile walk from the lobby to the Disney entrance. This is our 3rd time staying here and would not choose anywhere else. Only complaint is the showers heads can use an update as the shower head was kind of weak.

The only draw back of our stay was that it took quite a while for the water to get hot enough to take a shower and also the water pressure was weak, which made it feel like your shower took forever.

The location of the property is definitely the best part. It’s a 15 min walk to Disneyland from here. The hotel is fine. The kids liked the pool and the room was spacious enough. A good stay of Disney is your main focus.
