Ottimo, locale molto pulito, grandi spazi
Pros:

Nessuna colazione effettuata, eravamo in appartamento, la posizione era vicina alla casa dei nostri familiari

Cons:

Non ci ha accolto nessuno del residence, abbiamo trovato una busta alla reception, ma le comunicazioni via e-mail sono state molto chiare, abbiamo trovato tutto facilmente (la busta contenente le chiavi della nostra stanza era alla reception)

Clean and Comfy but poorly equipped
Pros:

Clean and tidy but no staff about to ask questions. Struggled to find our room. The location is quite remote but we were limited to stay near Siena for New Years Eve. Rooms are poorly equipped, despite some basic utensils, there wasn't enough to cook a meal in your room. Good restaurant downstairs. Easy parking.

In camera non c'èra il termostato e non si poteva regolare la temperatura ed era un po' freddo per essere in inverno

Cons:

Sarebbe stato bello trovare un kit di cortesia anche minimale, qualche bustina per il tea e una bottiglietta di acqua. In cucina non c’era nemmeno del sale

Un posto dove fermarsi a riposare quando si fa un viaggio lungo. Caffè e ristorante proprio accanto

Non abbiamo visto manco 1 membro dello staff, solo la signora della pulizia-molto cordiale- al check out.

Troppo breve e sfortunato! Pazienza!

La struttura è carina ma purtroppo causa infortunio grave non ho potuto godere l'appartamento.Comunque lo staff è stato gentilissimo nel venirmi incontro nonostante la sfortuna!

buona posizione, parcheggio grande e camere pulite
prodotti da bagno forniti

Cons:

il letto era rigidissimo, nonostante il materasso alto sotto c'è una struttura rigida che rende troppo rigido il letto
nel bagno era presente il supporto per il phon ma il phon non c'era nella nostra stanza
il locale sottostante trattoria ristante estremamente rumoroso fin dopo mezzanotte, forse perchè siamo capitati in una serata con troppi gruppi di ragazzi in trattoria
urla e schiamazzi che non ci hanno permesso di dormire finche se ne sono andati
tante cimici interne alle zanzariere che andrebbero pulite, perchè così rendono impossibile aprire le finestre
la porta di entrata , nonostante venga fornito un codice di accesso resta sempre aperta e non c'è nessuno alla reception e questo rende accessibile a chiunque l'entrata e le chiavi a disposizione
