Ottimo, locale molto pulito, grandi spazi

Nessuna colazione effettuata, eravamo in appartamento, la posizione era vicina alla casa dei nostri familiari

Cons:

Non ci ha accolto nessuno del residence, abbiamo trovato una busta alla reception, ma le comunicazioni via e-mail sono state molto chiare, abbiamo trovato tutto facilmente (la busta contenente le chiavi della nostra stanza era alla reception)

Clean and Comfy but poorly equipped
Pros:

Clean and tidy but no staff about to ask questions. Struggled to find our room. The location is quite remote but we were limited to stay near Siena for New Years Eve. Rooms are poorly equipped, despite some basic utensils, there wasn't enough to cook a meal in your room. Good restaurant downstairs. Easy parking.

Il parcheggio, e la vicinanza al ristorante 👍

Cons:

In camera non c'èra il termostato e non si poteva regolare la temperatura ed era un po' freddo per essere in inverno

Posizione, comodo check-in, dimensione stanza, pulizia

Cons:

Sarebbe stato bello trovare un kit di cortesia anche minimale, qualche bustina per il tea e una bottiglietta di acqua. In cucina non c’era nemmeno del sale

Un posto dove fermarsi a riposare quando si fa un viaggio lungo. Caffè e ristorante proprio accanto

Cons:

Non abbiamo visto manco 1 membro dello staff, solo la signora della pulizia-molto cordiale- al check out.
