Pros:

The staff…amazing…the building from the 1200’s was stunning…it was impeccably maintained…the detail lighting highlighted the history and art of this gem…our room was a mix of modern and comfort…impeccably clean, crisp sheets, comfortable bed…breakfast was delicious…a great stay in Siena❤️

Perfect!
Pros:

Amazing location to shopping, piazza del campo, and other historic landmarks! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. One gentlemen took 20 minutes to chat with me about the 17 contrade and the Palio Di Siena. My room was so unique and spacious. The large breakfast and nightcap selection was excellent as well. Will ABSOLUTELY stay here again and recommend it to others!

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful! They were even able to advise us when we accidentally lost our parking ticket for the garage (it is an easy fix fyi but save yourself the time and don't lose it!!) The building itself is an amazing palace with the original stairs- so much history and architectural details! The location was an easy 10 minutes to almost any location you would want to see in Siena!

Cons:

If you have a rental car and need to park close just be advised the parking garage is a bit of a walk and requires 5 escalators but after the first time navigating it, it really isn't more than a 7 minute walk.
