Perfect!
Pros:

Amazing location to shopping, piazza del campo, and other historic landmarks! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. One gentlemen took 20 minutes to chat with me about the 17 contrade and the Palio Di Siena. My room was so unique and spacious. The large breakfast and nightcap selection was excellent as well. Will ABSOLUTELY stay here again and recommend it to others!

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful! They were even able to advise us when we accidentally lost our parking ticket for the garage (it is an easy fix fyi but save yourself the time and don't lose it!!) The building itself is an amazing palace with the original stairs- so much history and architectural details! The location was an easy 10 minutes to almost any location you would want to see in Siena!

Cons:

If you have a rental car and need to park close just be advised the parking garage is a bit of a walk and requires 5 escalators but after the first time navigating it, it really isn't more than a 7 minute walk.

Probably the best hotel check-in and friendliest most helpful welcome I've experienced at any hotel...& I've possibly stayed in 1000+ hotels over the years with work and holidays and I can't think of any better. The employee at the hotel checked us in and took the time to understand what we wanted to get out of the trip, gave us a range of restaurant recommendations and clear, easy to understand instructions to find our way around the city. It was natural, friendly and I hope they're paying the front-office team well (I suspect they are!).

A Stunning Palace Stay with Exceptional Staff
Pros:

To my pleasant surprise, this is an actual palace that has been transformed into a modern boutique hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, featuring a charming alcove that serves perfectly as a study.

While the breakfast was great, the highlight was undoubtedly the staff. They were some of the friendliest people I met on my trip, always willing to help and strike up a conversation. Siena is beautiful, and this hotel fits right in. I definitely plan to return and hope to find the same wonderful team working there.
