Honestly one of the best hotels, the room is spacious and amazing. The staff were great specially IOANNA from reception and Marina from the concierge team. They helped us a lot in planning our stay and in any resturant/ beach booking. There is a free shuttle all night to the old town which was really helpful.

O serviço de hotelaria não é encantador. Nós nos hospedamos esperando um experiência diferenciada. Não é. Tem muitos funcionários, mas eles não se comunicam, drink demora, pra sentar e ser atendido no café da manhã demora. Nós saímos de um outro hotel boutique na ilha e fomos pra esse, sentimos muita decepção infelizmente. Fora a hostess da piscina que sempre barrava os hóspedes na entrada para verificar se estavam hospedados, desagradável. A vista é linda, mas não voltaria. Se quiser a vista, passe um dia no Zuma que é propriedade vizinha.

Las vistas, el mood del hotel, la ubicación, el servicio, todo excelente pero mi habitación si bien tenía una vista espectacular, daba arriba del parking del hotel y para el precio que pagué y el tipo de habitación me hubiese gustado que sea mejor vista.
La cama era un desastre, se caía de un lado, y el sistema de aire acondicionado y luces era un lío.
