Great hotel but front desk staff was rude and inattentive.

The views and the room.

Cons:

The service at the front desk was poor. The receptionist Kiriaki was dismissive and rude and needs customer service training. Sophia was nice and the luggage attendants were friendly. But that front desk receptionist is the single reason I will never stay there again.
