Pros:

Отель расположен в подъезде жилого дома, поэтому вывеску с названием отеля сразу не нашел. Ориентир - второй дом от Невского, напротив хинкальной. В этом же подъезде также расположен хостел GoodNight и мини-отель Geleon. При заселении не работал кондиционер и холодильник, на следующий день утром не было горячей воды. Администратор Левон абсолютно не заинтересован решать какие-либо проблемы гостей, сославшись на то, что все проблемы решает управляющая. Пришла управляющая и все заработало. Огорчило, что заявленного по брони завтрака не было. Об этом никто не предупреждал. Если кому важно окна некоторых номеров выходят во внутренний двор на соседнюю стену дома. Самым главным преимуществом отеля является его удобное расположение. Желаю управляющей тщательней подбирать персонал.

Pros:

Very nice room: bright and clean, very friendly staff, impeccable service, great location, overall great experience. If you are not very keen about a great place for breakfast in the hotel, it’s an excellent place to stay.

Нет никаких претензий ни по обслуживанию, ни по чистоте, ни по обстановке в целом. Портило настроение только одно: устойчивый табачный запах в номере. Причина непонятна: то ли запах появлялся со двора, то ли через вентиляцию.
Именно по этой причине ставлю четыре балла.

Pros:

Avevo una stanza molto bella con lo jacuzzi, ma soprattutto in 4 notti non sono mai stato disturbato nel sonno......che per me è la priorità.
A 30 minuti a piedi dall'Hermitage e 20 dalla stazione e dalle principali attrazioni. Si è comunque in pratica sulla Prospettiva, quindo tanti ristoranti, negozi e vita.
