Pros:

Tout était parfait ! j'ai beaucoup aimé la localisation dans une petite rue du très vivant Chinatown, même si j'étais loin de tout sauf de Dejima

Pros:

コンビニ近、路面電車の駅近で便利でした。スタッフの方は親切、朝食には長崎らしい食べ物も提供されていました。部屋も広く清潔で設備も整っていました。

Cons:

エリアをよく知らずに予約したら、ホテルは歓楽街の中にあり、到着が金曜日の夜という事もあり、酔った人や客引きがいる通りを通らないといけなかったこと。泊まった部屋の窓のカーテンを開けると目の前にすぐに他の商業施設があるため，カーテンが開けられなかったこと。

Pros:

Very pristine and elegant hotel in a great location. From this hotel, we walked everywhere. Great little shops nearby.

Cons:

On Friday & Saturday nights it does get a little crowded with the neighbourhood having several bars / clubs near, nothing to complain about as you couldn’t hear any chatter once in the hotel room.

すべてが最高！
Pros:

部屋が広く清潔で快適に過ごせました！スタッフも丁寧な接客で、長崎グルメも取り入れた朝食はとても美味しくて２日とも食べました！ロケーションも最高で　観光に便利な路面電車の停留所は近く　長崎グルメ店は徒歩圏内！楽しい旅行になりました！

満足のいくホテルでしたが水差しだけが本当にもったいないなと思いました。
Pros:

立地が良く、スタッフの対応も良く朝食も美味しくて大変快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

部屋の水差しに水が僅かに入っている状態で置かれており掃除しているかどうかが不安になりました。
水差しが空または飲める程に水が入っていれば気にはならなかったかもしれませんが本当に中途半端に入っていました。

フロント対応だけやや不満
Pros:

部屋はゆとりがあってゆっくりできた。近くに飲食店もあり、便利。
コインランドリーもあり洗濯できたので、長期滞在には良いと思う。
朝食も美味しく、レストランのスタッフも対応も素晴らしい！

Cons:

部屋の掃除を依頼する際テレビで操作しなければならなかったが、やり方の説明が足りなかった。エアコンの風の音がうるさくて気になった。テレビのチャンネルがなかなか切り替わらず、リモコンの電池が切れかかってると思ったのでフロントに行ったが、リモコンの電池は交換してくれず、テレビのほうがおかしいかもと係の方が来て対応してくれたが、一時的には良くなっても、結局翌朝テレビに切り替わらず見ることが出来なかった。念のため電池の交換をしてほしかった。
