Hotel Relax V

The room is not big but very neat! Location is very convenient! Staff are really nice and kind.

In my opinion, this is one of the most convenient places to stay in Taipei. Once you get the hang of the train stations and its exits, you'll find that this is easily one of the most accessible hotels in the area. The area has almost everything you need once you walk out of the door. A 7/11, Family Mart, cafes, food, etc. Also, I loved the view from my window. All of the staff were so friendly and nice. 10/10 would stay here again.

about 10min work from taipei main station to this hotel with its around many restaurants, massage, convenience stores.and easy to access MRT 桃園機場. free coffee machine at basement floor.

Amneties were great, cleaning was quite often and the view was amazing!!

It safe and easy to walk around.

The hotel is near to Taipei Main Station, on the side near to the Airport Express. Hence it was convenient to take the train back to the airport.

The room was rather noisy, it faces the traffic, there was also something inside the room that was noisy. The staff suggested taking exit Z3 to reach the hotel, but it's a long flight of staircase. Unable to lift my luggage up, plus it started raining. Quite an unpleasant experience at the beginning.

Hotel Relax V is in the middle of the bustling city of Taipei. It is conveniently located near the MRT. In walking distance of multiple tourist attractions and several night markets. The staff super helpful and the hotel was incredibly clean.

Room is on the small side. There is limited space to hang clothes.

I have opted to pay more and chose to stay in a double bed room. The room was good and it even has ToTo washable toilet. Yet there was no hanger inside the bathroom, so you needed to place your clothes on top of the toilet seat. Inside the bedroom it has insufficient clothes hanger, there was only a small one over the counter top, so it was a bit troublesome if you needed to hang long overcoat. I would recommend them to add some hangers behind the door or on some walls.

spent 4 nights here. Room was very small but comfortable, clean and everything worked. Lots of reasonable excellent restaurants nearby. Reasonable price compared to others. Would definitely stay again for short stays.

I stayed alone in a tiny room with a set of bunk beds. It was meant for 2 people, but there was no room on the floor to put more than one suitcase. The bathroom was tiny with a half sink. When you opened the door, it blocked access to the sink.
Traffic noise & water running down pipes could be heard. The blinds did not cover the entire window letting light shining straight into my eyes in the morning.
The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, there was a safe in the room, there was a coffee machine in the back of the lobby. Great location near Taipei Main Station.
However there’s a hotel just half a block away with twin rooms that are more spacious & quieter for half the price.

Room:Small but functional
Couple of nice perks are good free coffee 24 hours, reduction in food and drinks at the nearby Italian restaurant.

Staff friendly and helpful. Property centrally located i.e. five minutes walk to Taipei main station and close to many attractions, shopping and dining options. 24 hour coffee, lattes, espresso, warm milk, filtered water, microwave, laundry, etc. Room was compact but clean, modern with warm water bidet and numerous English TV channels. Great value and would definitely stay here again

Not the first time staying there. This time round staying there for near 1 week ( Thursday 20th to 25th Feb)
Room cleanliness is ++.
Quiet surrounding.
Bad point : the toilet door can't fully shut and the rubbish bin press to open the lid is spoilt.
Near Taipei Airport express train. ( 8 -12 mins walk)
Near Ximending ( 5 - 10 mins walk)

This hotel is in the middle of everything. The room was very clean and the hotel had everything you could need. I would stay again

Well located and confortable. On the bad side, in the room you need to choose between two bads: been cold 24/7 or having a terrible humidity and fogged windows

The location is great and the hotel has its own building. Though the room is not big, the place is clean. Staff is friendly and there is 24 hours front desk service.
