The property's license is Hualien Hotel No.031.

In order to comply with the governments environmental policy, the property will no longer provide bath towels and disposable hygiene products alongside with plastic mineral water bottle.

這是一家老飯店，價格便宜，可以安心住一晚的地方，但其他項目就不用太要求（衛浴設備、房內設施等）

Bei gebuchter Ankunft unfreundlich abgewiesen. Dann ging es aber doch —aber nur mit Cash Zahlung. Unkooperativ was Verlängerung um einen Tag anbelangte.

Cons:

預訂後會先刷一筆訂金，入住時再收取現金，詢問櫃台人員已入住為何還會收取訂金，櫃台人員回應需問第三方平台，即把電話掛斷不回應。
詢問發卡銀行，人員回應須於結帳日後才能確認飯店端是否請款，增加刷卡的困擾。
以前只要退房後，飯店端直接進行退刷動作但飯店端直接不與理會，態度也不是很好，對於員工的教育訓練有很大的進步空間。
