Bra val i Piteå
Pros:

Ett trevligt hotell med fin atmosfär. Helt ok frukost men utan det lilla extra. Skön säng, enkelt men funktionellt rum. Ett plus för att fönstret går att öppna lite

Cons:

Dåligt att spa är stängt utan tydlig information om detta vid bokningen. Det kom ett meddelande om det dagen innan incheckning

Personalen. Något hade inträffat under vår vistelse på hotellet, när vi anlände efter att ha varit borta fick vi en utskällning direkt vi kom innanför dörren. Personalen skrek utan att ge oss information om vad som inträffat. Efterföljande gäster fick samma bemötande. Utan att ens ha varit på hotellet var detta lite av en chockupplevelse. Att få en högljudd utskällning helt utan anledning var mindre trevligt. Att utföra kollektiv bestraffning för samtliga gäster för att någon betett sig illa är oprofessionellt. Att samtala med gäster borde räcka istället för att skrika. Nästa gång något liknande inträffar, samtala och informera era gäster om vad som inträffat och för en dialog. Många som ni skrek på var inte ens inblandade i vad nu som hade hänt och det var antagligen de som tog mest illa vid sig.
