It was comfortable rooms, above average size and clean and neat. Staff response was amazing for any request. It was very affordable and the fact that it was in the middle of the city and close to everything excellent was exceptional. Jessica at th reception was always helpful with a beautiful smile and so was all her colleague.

There was nothing I did not like, but I hope in future they will add a gym for people who would like to stay fit.

I'm a returning guest, and I genuinely enjoy staying at the Conroy Hotel. During this stay, I requested a late checkout of just 40 minutes so I could pray Dhuhr before heading to the airport.
Unfortunately, my request was declined. I was told that the room needed to be prepared for a guest who might arrive early. What I found confusing is that I was also informed that the incoming guest had not actually requested an early check-in.
As a guest who booked a suite for six nights and has never previously requested either an early check-in or a late checkout, I had hoped this small request could have been accommodated. A 40-minute extension would still have left more than two hours before the standard 3:00 p.m. check-in time to prepare the room.
That said, I checked out promptly at 12:00 p.m. Thank you for everything else during my stay, especially Jessica, the valet and security team for their excellent service and hospitality. Aside from this experience, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the efforts of all the staff.
