Such a quiet, serene place, and yet optimally located in central Faro. Great gluten free bread at breakfast, much appreciated. Weather was somewhat hot so I'm really glad the room's AC worked well. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
I stayed for a full week and was working/studying every night in the room. I was in a classic room and on reflection, I began to want more space after I had been there for several nights. I would upgrade to a suite if I stayed for such a long time again. This is not a criticism of the hotel but just a reflection on my own choice.

Only a small point - there was a coffee machine in the room but the housekeepers only gave us coffee pods for 1 day.
Location was great, we had a late flight but the desk was open 24hr for check in. We stayed just 1 night but it was perfect for us.

Excellent location, very friendly staff
The bed was uncomfortable with a soft mattress and a very high and hard pillow. Breakfast was ok, coffee was good, but everything else average. There are probably more choices for breakfast outside and perhaps not more expensive.
