Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.
To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.

The location was great and the room was good size.
The bathroom door working as a shower door at the same time was a bit uncomfortable. And the glass walls in the bathroom tests your friendship.

The lady who helped me during check-in was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she spoke Spanish and provided amazing customer service.
The location is excellent. You can walk outside and reach the train/metro station within 50 meters, making it very easy to get to Central Station, Amsterdam Zuid, and Schiphol Airport. It is a bit outside the city center, but if you don't mind traveling, it's perfectly fine.
Nothing, really. However, if you're not familiar with the area, I wouldn't recommend going too far from the station at night, as the neighborhood can feel a bit strange after dark.
