Pros:

Un hotel cochino y con pésimo servicio. Tuve que abandonar un día antes.

Excelente hotel, para descansar y surfar, limpio, restaurant muy bueno
Pros:

Ubicacion excelente, cruzas a la playa y tomas el bote para surfar. Desayuno, esta bien, pero deberia ser hasta las 11 porque llegas del surf a las 10, y termina el desayunod 10:30. Igual, nunca me lo perdi

The community of people I met was the highlight of my stay.
Pros:

We loved the locartion and the friendly service. We also really loved the view and the pool area.

Cons:

The internet was terrible. The rooms need more airflow like a window on top of the door for the breeze to come through and a ceiling fan. The restaurant could double their revenue if they had attentive staff because the food and drinks were incredible.

Great location. In need of an update. Restaurant staff need to up their game.
Pros:

Avoid until the renovation takes place. Right now decrepit and overpriced.
Pros:

Perfect location facing the ocean.

Cons:

Decaying facilities, hasn’t been renovated for decades. No safes in rooms, and the door lock was rusted so key would not turn to close, thus leaving it on a latch, easily openable with a credit card push.

Pros:

breakfast was good but took a veeeeeery long time.

Cons:

all buildings, especially bathrooms, were outdated, NO AC, the outdoor near the pool looked like a poor neighborhood.. we pay too much for what it really was.

Buen fin de semana en Chicama
Pros:

El desayuno muy rico y bien servido. El hotel está frente al mar y desde allí también se puede apreciar la magia del sunset, que es definitivamente lo mejor del mundo.

Cons:

La atención del personal podría mejorar, ser más amables y más expresivos con los clientes.

I like the location

Cons:

The main problem is that it is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel. You shouldn't offer it as it. The rooms are not comfortable. Curtains don't do their job, the street light comes in, old sheets, pillows and towels. Very few power outlets.
